Chapter 66: Pleasing teasing

I wake up disorientated for a second. Zak is wrapped around me still snoring softly in my ear and it takes me a while to realise its the incessant ringing of the room phone that has woken me. I wiggle free of Zak's grasp causing him to mumble as he flings his arm over my waist but he doesn't wake. I reach for the receiver and flop back onto the bed.

"Hello?" I answer biting back a yawn.

"Tracy? Thank god!" I hear Aaron's voice travel down the line. "Are you two ok? We've been trying to get a hold of you for hours, you've been gone all night." Huh? That can't be right, I frown. It had been early afternoon when Father Gwynn had left us. I was certain we had only been asleep for a few hours.

"Huh? What time is it Aaron?" I ask him unable to focus my eyes on the clock over Zak's shoulder.

"Oh its only 10am!!" He sounds more than a little frantic.

"Holy shit! It can't be!" I say in disbelief, had Zak and I really been asleep for the best part of 18 hours?

"Well it is and the network is on our ass for the edit so you and sleeping beauty get your butts up here pronto....please!" Aaron scolds me but I can't help chuckling it at his phrases and the fact that he still said please.

"Woah! Yeah, shit sorry dude, we'll be right up."

"Ok cool, oh hey pompom?" He asks just as I was about to hang up.

"Yeah Sasquatch?" He chuckles at my new nickname for him.

"Are you two ok?"

"Yeah Aaron, we're good thanks hon, we'll be good." I'm touched at his concern but I think I might be trying to convince myself as much as him.

"Good now get up here!" He hollers and hangs up the phone making me snigger again.

I'm surprised that Zak still hasn't woken so I give him a nudge and call his name but he continues to snuffle and snort into my neck. I try kissing him but he just hugs me closer, I prod and poke him and call him louder but get no response. I tickle his face and he is conscious enough to slap my hand away so I try it again. This time he grabs my wrist and pins my arm to my side but still refuses to open his eyes. I think for a moment then lean forward and lick his stubble roughened cheek. It has the desired effect as his eyes fly open in shock.

'Did you just lick me?" He asks in disbelief. I crack up laughing and to answer him I lean forward and do it again.

"Oh my god! You didn't!!" He yells and I cackle with laughter, the next thing I know I find myself pinned to the bed with tears streaming down my face as I laugh uncontrollably.

"You are in so much trouble Missy!" He scowls at me but I don't fail to notice the smile playing on his lips so I poke my tongue out at him. He starts tickling my ribs as he sits astride me keeping me in place. I screech and try to wriggle free but he has me stuck fast.

"No stop, stooop!" I plead through giggles and gasps for air.

"Make me!" Zak dares me with a mischievous raise of his eyebrow.

"Noooooo! I'm gonna wet myself!" I almost hyperventilate. Zak looks at me in horror and jumps off of me making me laugh even more.

"Hahaha!See! I made you stop!" I guffaw and point at him. Zak stands at the foot of the bed with his hands on his hips perfectly confident in his nakedness and unable to withhold his own laughter anymore.

"You minx!" He chuckles and looks about ready to pounce and it takes all my willpower to stop him.

"Go take a shower wolfman, Aaron's getting his knickers in a twist about getting the edit done." I tell him.

"But we've got plenty of time."

"Think again, we've been asleep for about 18 hours." I tell him cringinging.

"Woah! No! Shit!" He looks panicked and runs to the bathroom cauising me to collapse into a fit of giggles again. It felts so good to laugh,and doing it by teasing Zak was even better.
