Everyone began getting up to leave the class room. Ms. Tate remained seated at her desk."So...Miss Audrey Washington. I have heard alot of things about you." She spoke while beginning to walk towards me.
"What did you hear?" I asked in curiosity.I knew I was famous.
"Oh. I've heard that Miss Audrey Washington is part of the popular ones. Captain of the basketball team, skips classes, dates the hottest boys..."
"You have it all don't you?" She added with a smirk.Who the hell—
Wait a minute...
"Maybe I do...maybe I don't. It's none of your damn business." I sarcastically smiled.
She chuckled lightly and stopped right infront of my desk.
"So I guess they're all right about you."
"I guess so.." I shrugged.She was getting ready to say something else when a few students began walking in.
She gave me a small glare, before turning away to walk towards the door.

"Alright seniors. Hello, I'm Ms. Tate. I'm your new math teacher for the rest of the year. Your last teacher got promoted and is currently at another school. So let's start off by telling me your names."
"Why don't we start with this side over here." She said as she motioned over to the other side of the room.I slid back in my chair and took out my phone. This could buy me some time in this hell hole. I waited for about 2 minutes until she reached my row. I had headphones in so I couldn't hear who was talking at first.
I saw someone's hand reach out towards my phone and quickly glanced up to see Ms. Tate.
"Phone." She said sternly.I unplugged my headphones and put it in my back pocket, she's not getting my phone. Hell no.
"Hand me the phone now. I hate to discipline a student on the first day at my job but this is the second time you've caused me problems. Now hand it over." She demanded.
"You don't pay my phone bill." I told her.Her jaw clenched and she began walking away towards the door, she left the room for a second and came back seconds later with the principal.
"Mr. Price. I've asked her to hand me her phone, she refused multiple times, and before that she used profanity. I know this is my first day here but she's getting out of hand for me." She told him.Snitch.
"Grab your things and let's go Audrey." He said.
I rolled my eyes and began packing up my belongings. I angrily stuffed my textbook in my backpack. She's a total bitch.
I walked towards the door where she and Mr. Price were standing.
"Now apologize to Ms. Tate for your behavior."I stayed silent.
"5.."
"Sorry....Ms. Tate for my behavior."
"Good, now let's go." He said as he began walking out the door.I started following him out the door and made sure I bumped her shoulder on the way out without glancing back.
~~~~~~~
I've been sitting in this chair for about 40 minutes now. I really didn't get in trouble because this situation wasn't as bad as the others. Not to be proud of but anyways. First class ends in 10 minutes and I can finally be free. I didn't like the fact that Ms. Tate knew so much about my reputation so fast. Like damn, she needs to mind her own business. Can't stand people who has their nose else where. Worry about yourself.
