Ace, Nick, and Xavier came back about ten minutes later with tons of food for all of us to fill our stomachs with.
We made sure Audrey got some food first and settled before we all dug in.

After what happened in the bathroom with Me and Taylor, I've been pretty quiet to myself.........She hasn't came downstairs yet to eat with everyone since then. I'm pretty sure she's up in her room packing away to leave like she said she was.

Im not even gonna talk about what happened in there. Whatever happened in there, happened. I can't undo what I did in there and neither can she.....
"Is she coming down to eat with us or what?" Connor asked me as I was one of the last people to sit down on the couch with my plate of food. I glanced over at Audrey and she had her eyes glued to her plate as she ate.
Thank god she's finally got something to eat. A little stress has been removed now...
"Um, I don't know..." I shrugged as I took my fork and dug into the macaroni and cheese to avoid any more questions about her.

Before anyone got to respond to my answer or think about anything else, we all heard footsteps coming down the steps.
Everyone turned their heads towards her direction as she swung a black duffel bag over her right shoulder while carrying a large gray backpack in her left hand...
"What's all that for?" Xavier asked the question everyone else were probably wondering except me, since I knew why she had those bags with her. She hasn't even took a glance at me yet.

She looked at him and then at everyone else before her eyes landed on me. I instantly looked down at my food, making her sigh afterwards while sitting her belongings on the staircase before walking over towards us..
"I'm gonna....go ahead and leave.........I know my parents and other people are searching for me, wondering what I was thinking by making the choices that I made.......I helped Audrey escape......Mia was about to kill her, and I stopped her......We fought for a couple minutes due to the things that got out of hand......She almost choked me to death but thanks to Audrey," She motioned over to her who was busy sipping on her drink.
We all turned our heads in her direction and she looked at me before she turned her attention back to Taylor.

"She broke out of the chair she was tied in and got her off me, saving my life.......so..."
She paused and went over towards Audrey to open up another small bag that she had and sat it infront of Audrey to show her what it was....
When I leaned over to where Audrey was, I got a peek of what was in the bag and I suddenly gasped at how much money was in there.
"What's all this money for?" She asked in a low tone as she picked a few stacks up to see if they were even real...
"It's to pay for whatever college you end up attending to......this is more than enough money to pay for your tuition.....you can do whatever you want with it....buy the latest iPhone, get your license and purchase a new car-or whatever, it's all up to you...." She told her, making her mouth go a bit wide. She was shocked and so was I.
"I am very sorry for the way I treated you in the past.......I-I truly hope that one day in your heart that you'll-" She paused suddenly and then covered her mouth.......She gasped and everyone saw a few tears start to flow from her eyes. It took her just a few seconds to gather herself together before she spoke again.
"I hope that....one day you'll forgive me for what I've done to you. I can't explain why I did what I did so I'm just gonna move forward and try to change..." Her voice trailed off, making me turn my head away from her as I took a bite out of my chicken.

Audrey continued to look at her before she nodded. "I will...........just not right now.....Thank you and also for saving my life as well.....if it wasn't for you......I probably wouldn't be sitting here on this couch with you guys." She said, looking at all of us except me.

Taylor sniffed and nodded before she turned around and walked back to the stairs and went inside of her bag to grab a piece of paper out...
"I'm not done." She said as she walked back over to Audrey, looking at me....
"Here...............you deserve it.." She handed Audrey the little piece of paper that she had.

Audrey hesitated before opening it.
"What's this?" She asked.

"It's.......a phone number......" Taylor mumbled, looking down at her shoes...
"A phone number to what?"

It was suddenly dead silence in the room as everyone was looking around.....Taylor looked at me and then took her eyes back to Audrey, making my eyes light up in every possible way it could.
"A phone number to.........contact your parents......." She mumbled, making Me and Audrey's head snap into each other's direction.

I suddenly gasped as I looked at Taylor.
