After calling Tyler, I let out a frustrated sigh, having the sudden urge to punch a wall or something. How could they let her disappear like that? Didn't they have people watching her too? Most importantly, where did she go? This town is way too much for her to take off on her own. She's obviously not ready.
"Care to explain what was that?" Morgan asked as she came down the steps with her arms crossed. And now here comes the interrogation.

Leah, you knew this was coming.
Lift your head up and answer all the questions she askes.

"Long story." I mumbled while looking at the trash I never threw away due to Taylor's rush in. I honestly think I can't get over the fact that she confessed to me that she has feelings for me. A big side of me still believes that she's playing with me. She's been the enemy from day one. She helped ship off my daughter. Physically abused my sister, and forced a great amount of distance between us and now claiming that her feelings towards me are real.......Yeah, whatever. Like I said, I'm not buying none of it. It's part of her act and I'm pretty damn sure she's probably laughing her ass off, thinking I'm gonna fall for it.....Not today, I have better things to do.
"Well, okay. Long story or-short story, whatever. I'm here to listen because apparently you have a lot secrets that I would like for you to share." She sat down beside me on the couch with her legs folded. She looked pretty curious, letting me know that I won't be getting out of this one.
"Do I have to tell you everything now? Cause' there are some things that I'm not even ready for myself to speak about and-"
"No, you don't have to tell me everything. Just for now tell me at least about the girl who just came in a few minutes ago and the two girls she mentioned...."

I looked at her and took a deep breath. I couldn't tell her the exact the truth. We just recently started dating and I have to be able to really trust her in order for me to tell her everything, so I decided I was gonna be bend it a little. It was for the best, anyways.
"Okay....the girl......is someone who I've known for a long time.....Her name is Taylor. I guess...her parents and mines had some-type of war going on between them when we were little so I guess it affected the both of us. And now......." I shrugged at the last part. I didn't know how to keep going without blurting out the actual truth. If I say one part, then it's gonna lead to the next.
"And now what?" She rose one of her eyebrows.

"I don't really know. I guess.....her and her parents are taking it out on me because of what my parents did."
"Where are your parents?" She suddenly asked, making me look away from her.

I looked down at my hands.
"If I knew, I would definitely tell you but......I don't know. They could be dead somewhere or kidnapped. I wouldn't know." I mumbled, my voice was cracking so I cleared my throat and lifted my head up. "Oh....I'm sorry that I asked." She apologized while putting her hand on my shoulder.
"It's fine....you didn't know." I reassured her. Thinking about the places they could be. I wasn't even sure if they were even alive? Were they looking for us at all?
"Now about the two girls she mentioned.....one of them is Lauren obviously and the other one, her name is Audrey. Audrey is my um-"

I was interrupted by several knocks at the front door. Practically saving me from telling Morgan the actual truth about what's going on in my life. She'll never understand the situation. Not even one bit.
"I'll go get that." I mumbled while avoiding eye contact as I headed for the door. I could feel her staring at me as I opened the door. She's not gonna let this go, I can tell.
"Hey." I said, stepping aside to allow him in. He looked like he came in a rush from something.
"Were you busy? I'm sorry if I interrupted something." I apologized for making him come here. He was our only hope, so I had to call him.
No, you're good. I wasn't doing anything much but laying around and playing the game." He explained to me as he came in while typing on his phone when he stopped and looked at Morgan.
"Um, Tyler this is my girlfriend Morgan." I introduced him to her as he went over to shake her hand with his greeting smile. "And Morgan this is my friend Tyler. We go way back." I looked at her as she returned the small handshake with him.
"Hello." He spoke towards her.
"Hi."
