Leah's POV

"Not staying for a few extra hours again, Ms. Tate?" The lady in the main office asked me as I was signing out.

She was about the only co worker at this school that was the closest to my age.

Usually after school at this time, I would help out around the school for upcoming activities and things like that but for the past weeks, I haven't even been able to get back into that.

"Nah, not this week.....I've been having a lot of things to deal with lately....but...hopefully, things get better." I sighed.

"I hear you....My son has been sick for about a week and a half and it's been quite stressful for me and we're all praying that one day he'll wake up feeling a lot better..." She told me.

"Awe, I'm sorry to hear that. I hope your son gets well soon and everything turns out fine for you..."

"Thank you, enjoy the rest of your day."

"No problem, and you too."

After that short conversation, I headed straight for my car....

Today was extremely cold and all I want to do is get home as quickly as I possibly can so that I can get out of these clothes and warm up.

As I finally made to my car, I pressed the unlock button on the keys.

As soon as I was about to head for the door, I suddenly felt hands on my back as they shoved me hard against the car.

The impact made me drop my purse and keys.

The person behind me instantly turned me around with my back now against the car, revealing their face so that I could see them.
"What the fuck?!" I yelled in her face with anger. Still shocked that I was shoved against my own car.

She smirked evilly as she looked me up and down.

"You didn't think you were gonna get away with punching me in my nose did you?" She asked in a innocent voice.
"What the hell do you want?" I glared at her.

"What I want.....is for you and me to take a ride back to my parents house so we can discuss a few things.."

"Not happening." I immediately replied back with a straight cold face.

She did a small chuckle and looked around, letting the short silence kick in.

She dugged inside her jacket pocket and grabbed something which seemed to be a heavy item.

I couldn't see at first because she had it hanging down below by her side, until she lifted it up to my face.

I instantly tensed in shock but chose to hide the fact that there was a gun pointed directly at my face.

"Are you sure you don't wanna go over there with me?" She smirked at me, knowing at the fact that I was in deed frightened at this point.

"You wouldn't shoot me.." I told her which she rose both of her eyebrows.

"I wouldn't?" She questioned me, pressing the gun further into my face.

She slowly put her finger on the trigger, making sure that I was watching her every move.

My heart was racing as I froze, staring at her as she stared back.

She shook her head with a laugh and stepped back.
"Get in the car." She demanded, pointing the gun towards my car.

I didn't hesitate this time as I kept my cool, picking up my keys and purse from off the ground.

"And to make sure that you don't receive any visitors while you're at my house....."
