Audrey's POV-------
Here I am, at my locker, getting my books for first and second period..
I was glad that Tyler drove me back home to change clothes and take a shower, so that I could go to school today..
We left about 5:30 this morning. It was very nice of him to do that but he didn't have to though...I kept telling him that a million of times but he wouldn't just give up so I just let it be and accept the kindness he's giving while it's happening....
As I was about to close my locker, I heard giggling coming from afar as they turned the corner.
I looked to my left a little to see Mia walking beside Hailey, laughing her ass off at something that probably wasn't even that funny..
"Hey Audrey!" Hailey waved as they continued to walk past. Mia looked at me and then turned back to Hailey..Hm.
"Hey." I waved back, glaring at the back of Mia's head as they went further down the hall..
I was exploding inside but I wasn't gonna let it interfere with me today...
Apparently, today is the last day Leah gets to teach here...
I couldn't believe I made that decision last night...but I did...I knew it was the right thing to do so I did, but then again I wasn't happy...
After losing contact with Leah, who else is gonna look after me and have my back? I can't depend on my best friend since suddenly she's picking arguments and fights with me for no reason...I can't depend on my boyfriend which I don't even see myself calling him that anymore...
Speaking of the boy...
He suddenly appeared around the corner and paused a little once he saw me..
I looked up..
"Hey..""Hey..."
The immediate awkwardness began to kick in as the both of us looked back and forth down the halls as some students and teachers strolled past...
"How you've been?" He asked me in his usual deep voice..Every time he speaks to me now, he tends to avoid eye contact with me and it's getting on my nerves..
"Good...and you?" I slowly walked closer towards him..
I watched as he tensed a little and took a very small step back after I came close towards him...I knew my suspicions were at high standards right now but this is ridiculous...
"Is there something wrong?" I asked, confused to why he's backing away from me every time I come forward..
"No, there's nothing wrong.." He answered. His voice told it all that he was lying..
He was afraid of something. That has to be it...there's no other answer right?
"L-Liam.." I stuttered, while walking closer towards him..
He stepped back again, giving me a warning to not come any closer..
"What's wrong with you? Are you scared of me or something?" I asked in a hurting voice. I didn't know why he was acting like this and what was the cause...He started shaking his head at me.
"I'm sorry..""What?" I whispered, still walking closer towards him..
"I didn't want to do it, I swear.." He whispered as he kept walking backwards with his hands up...
"Liam...what..are you talking about? What did you do?" I asked worriedly, my heart was racing because I was confused and scared.
