------After the conversation with her, I kept everything to myself the rest of the day, waiting for school to be dismissed.
I eagerly wanted to find out the truth.
And if it takes for me to say what I need to say? Then so be it...
Looking at the clock of my last period, I had 2 minutes left to go see Leah so that we could leave and meet up with.....what's her name again...
Jordan. Yeah, that's her name.
That name sort of sounds familiar but it doesn't at the same time.. Eh, I really don't know.
I'm also very curious to find out who she is. Obviously she was someone close to me, and something terribly bad happened..
Did I lose my memory or something? To me, that seems like the only solution to why I can't recall ever seeing her before a few days ago when she came up to me...
Leaving my thoughts for a little while, the bell rung and everyone began escorting the classroom, happy that the day was over with and now they can do whatever they please as they go home..
I was the second to last person to leave, and made my way to my locker.
I transferred all the stuff I had in my hands, and into my backpack, swinging one of the handles over right shoulder, and slamming the locker closed.
I knew Mia was standing right there with her back towards me, distracted so I intentionally did it on purpose to make her jump...
Not looking back, I headed towards Leah's room to see her putting her coat on..
"Hey.." I said.
She looked at me.
"Hey, I called you earlier and you didn't answer, what happened? Are you okay?" She asked as she grabbed her bag and stuffed her phone in her pocket.
"Yeah, I'm good." I say, even though I wasn't.
"You sure?"
"Yeah, everything's fine." I gave her a smile to show her."That smile is as fake as plastic, lets go...so we can talk about it when we get home..." She walked past me.
I rolled my eyes and followed her as we walked to the main office.
She signed out and now we were on our way towards her car..
We made it outside, and as I opened the door I saw Jordan standing right there on the side, so Leah didn't see her.
"Leah?" I called her so she could stop.
"I have a question and I need you to be completely honest with me.."She stopped and then turned around to me..
"What's the question?"I looked over at Jordan and she began nodding..
"Do you know anyone named Jordan?"She looked at me with squinted eyes and then looked to the side where Jordan was.
I turned around to see Jordan walking up to us with her arms crossed, staring at Leah..
Leah gasped in shock.
"You two have some explaining to do you.." I pointed towards the both of them and they looked at me.I began walking towards her car..
She didn't ask any questions as we all got in...She soon drove out the parking lot...
--------
During the ride home, I kept catching her stare at Jordan, of course Jordan stared back. I wonder what kind of bond they had or whatever..
