Leah's POV"What are you doing here?" She asked, backing away from Audrey and continued to walk towards me...
"I believe you already know the answer to the question.." I responded, crossing my arms at her.
It was extremely sad to me how I was the only person in this room right now that could see her right through her twisted lies..
"Unfortunately, I don't...We made a deal...""Of course we had a deal...and I'm aware of that obviously, but....that so called daughter over there of yours couldn't keep her freaking hands off of my sister and absolutely fucked it up for you guys..." I smiled at her, glancing over at Taylor with a small glare.
"Oh really? Well this..." She pointed at Audrey.
"So called sister of yours, doesn't and still doesn't know when to shut up and keep her mouth close like she should..."I rose my eyebrows. Oh no she didn't..
"Excuse me?" Audrey stepped forward. She snapped her head towards Audrey and my heart jumped at the look she gave her.
She was challenging her, daring her to say more.I suddenly snapped my precious fingers at her, trying to grab her attention again.
"Uh un, eyes over here.." I demanded. She looked back over at me, slightly balling her fists up. Gladily, Audrey didn't notice.
"You guys didn't think you were gonna get away with this, did you?" I asked in a innocent voice.
I took my chance and glanced around the three of them, and for once....
Neither one of them had anything to say. That's because at this point.......I guess the guilt they probably have in them right now or had for years are now coming up to the surface.
"Knock it off Leah....." She warned.
"Knock what off...mother?...Or should I say...'fake' mother..."I believe I expressed the word fake in that sentence more than I should've, because her husband over there was getting ready to stand up from the couch like he was going to do something.
I'm so scared...
I looked on the corner of my right eye and saw that I was correct.
He stood up and was about to say something smart as usual but I instantly cut him off.
"I dare you to say something to me.." I turned my head towards him.He closed his mouth and shook his head, sitting back down on the couch.
That's what I thought.
"You're gonna let her talk to you like that? Seriously?" She asked him in disbelief.
"Yeah he is, and if you have a problem with it then I highly suggest you solve it. Right here, right now.."My confidence were off the roofs right now and I am honestly proud of myself.
I heard Audrey mumble something under her breath.
"Damn.."I looked at Audrey and then back at her.
"You were wrong about me..." I started off.
"You were wrong when you told me that day I was kicked out that I was gonna be a nobody. You were wrong when you kept telling that absolutely no one was gonna accept me because I was pregnant at such a young age. You were wrong about me not succeeding in life and how I was gonna be living on the streets for who knows how long.....For your information, I have a good well-working job, I have a beautiful two story house, and I have a well-designed car....along with a wonderful bestfriend and amazing sister that I now get to have in my life without any of you son of a bitches...."
