Prepare yourself, because this chapter is gonna be good as you know what......Trust me.—————————
Audrey's POV
"Audrey, wake up. Time to get dressed!" I heard someone yell from the hallway.
I groaned, moving slightly. I didn't feel like going to school today. I felt weak.
The door opened and Ms.Tate walked in, clapping her hands together.
If you're wondering why I said her name it's because after her and Lauren dropped me off and....that happened....they came in to see what was going on, and I couldn't believe my eyes at all when I saw Ms. Tate punch Taylor in the face. Taylor deserved it no matter what, but I'm kinda confused to why Ms. Tate did it...
Back when we were all in Mr. Price's office and she had came in with my stuff, they were staring at each other like they were real enemies.
That's when my suspicions started to grow. I wanted to ask her what was all that but I decided not to. My guess is that they must've known or seen each other before, who knows for God's sake.
Anyways back to what I was saying. After that, Lauren took me to a bathroom to help with my bigger bruise that I have now, thanks to my one hell of a sister.
It hurts like hell actually.
Once she got it all cleaned up and disinfected, because at first it was bleeding. There's a medium-sized cut by the bruise and it could've gone worse had Lauren and Ms. Tate hadn't been there. I absolutely wanna thank them for that. I really do.
Ms. Tate told me after that, to grab a few pair of clothes and uniforms because I was going to be staying with them for the next 2 days, which will be the day my parents get back.
She didn't want me anywhere near Taylor and she clearly made sure that I understood that...
The thing about Taylor's boyfriend being there was a total fake. He wasn't even there at all, which had us entirely confused since his car was there parked next to hers, in the driveway.
I've never seen him a day in my life so I honestly don't even care."Can I stay here while you go? I can't show up to school looking like this....I'm already gonna be feeling like I'm being interviewed by my friends once I see them.."
She sighed and shook her head.
"No, you cannot stay here. Mr. Price gave you detentions, not suspensions.." She rose her right eyebrow.
"You mean you...gave me detentions?" I smirked. She rolled her eyes.
"Get up and get dressed, Lauren made breakfast downstairs." She said while turning around to leave the room.
"Wait..""Yeah?" She turned back around.
"How am I supposed to get through school with this?" I pointed to the left side of my face.
"Don't worry, Lauren's a professional. Trust me.." She smiled.I smiled back, getting up out of bed.
———————
Me and Ms. Tate eventually pulled into the teacher's parking lot about 35 minutes later. She actually meant what she said about Lauren being professional.
Right now you couldn't even tell where I was hit at. It was clear and clean.
"Ready to go?" She asked, and I nodded my head, unbuckling my seatbelt."Thanks, Ms. Tate." I say, walking in the other direction.
"No problem."I entered the school building and walked all the way towards our usual spot, which was by me and Mia's locker.
