There have been a few Choromatsu requests lately. This one was requested by Minty_Hyo ! I am trying to make other one shots at the moment in order to balance out the number of stories per character.
Reader-Chan is a small child, maybe about 5 or 6 and are struggling in the hospital with cancer.

Never did Choromatsu think saying goodbye would be so..... hard. Not once in his mind did he think he would have to lie straight to someone's face - even harder, his own kid - and tell them that they were going to be okay. He never thought once that he would lose something so precious to him, the one thing he loved most in the world. Choromatsu never once had the fear that he was going to watch his own child pass away on a hospital bed, until it actually happened to him.
Not once....
It was all really sudden actually, one day (a week after your birthday specifically), you started throwing up uncontrollably and had a high fever. Your father, Choromatsu, had thought one of the kids at your party had the common cold, so that's what he assumed it was.
But boy was he wrong.
After a week of you still being sick, he began to grow concerned for your well-being. Your fever hadn't gone down even the slightest and you were still barfing 24/7. Due to this along with your father's growing anxiety, he took you to the doctor where they told you it was probably just a really bad flu and that it was nothing to worry about.
They were wrong too.
Not once did your father have to worry about your health, but now he did. Nothing like this had ever happened before, so he was confused and you didn't know what was happening. Gradually, you started losing weight and grew very weak to the point where it was hard to walk. And every time Choromatsu took you to the doctor or hospital, they said the same things.
You're child will be okay; this isn't anything to stress over.
It's just taking them a bit longer to fight off the sickness.
It's just a flu. It will go away if treated.
You got the flu shots and you took the medicine. Choromatsu didn't notice any improvement.
A few months went by and slowly, the vomiting and fevers diminished, now only coming maybe twice a month or so. You were still weak however and barely weighed anything, so you were put on medicine to gain weight and had to stick to a strict diet plan.
Nothing helped and your father didn't know what was wrong with you. He called in the assistance of one of his five brothers who ended up staying in your home for a while to watch over you while Choromatsu was at work. You were so weak to the point where you were stuck on bedrest.
"Darling? How are you feeling?" Your uncle, Karamatsu, asked as he sat at the foot of your bed.
You simply groaned in response, making your uncle sigh.
"Here drink some water...." He smiled, handing you a glass of water which you took from him.
With shaky hands, you sipped a bit, only to end up dropping the glass onto your stomach. A pained mewl left your mouth, making Karamatsu panic. He grabbed the glass from you and grabbed a nearby towel to clean up the water. But he noticed something off.
