For as long as you could remember, you had been a typically reserved and stoic person. Emotion wasn't something you really showed that often, so you kinda creeped out a lot of people, resulting in very few friends. It wasn't necessarily that you wanted to be what people call an "emotionless prick", you just grew up that way. Nobody really talked to you when you were a child, your parents included. They were always out of town, so you practically raised yourself and were used to people not conversing with you.
Eventually, you grew older and were able to move out of your parents house and buy your own small house in a different part of your city. Unfortunately for you, your house was right next to an infamous group of sextuplets who were always extremely loud. Or at least you thought it was unfortunate when you moved in. The six men always gawked over you and watched you whenever you were up on your roof doing things like putting your clothes out to dry or doing rooftop gardening. To be quite honest, it creeped you out to an extent.
The men appeared to be to scared to approach you, but you assumed it was because you freaked them out. It was quite the opposite actually and eventually, one of them worked up the courage to talk to you. He held a wide smile and was always clad in yellow of some sort. This man, who you found out was named Jyushimatsu, introduced you to his brothers and did his best to make you feel welcome. He wanted to make you feel like you had a friend.
But you didn't feel anything. It was weird to you.
Jyushimatsu would always invite you out to play baseball and of course, you'd go as to not disappoint him. He would always try everything to get you to smile, laugh, or show any emotion. Even when he did one of his strange gags. You'd simply cock an eyebrow in confusion, making the man concerned for your well being. He just wanted to see you happy.
You always wondered why he would stay around you. It was always a thought that he would abandon you because of how you never showed any sign of emotion. How had you not scared him away yet? You'd never know the answer. Or would you?

"(Y/n)?!?! I'm here!" You heard someone call from outside as they practically banged on your front door.
Sitting up in your bed, you stretched your arms above your head and let out a strong yawn. As you squinted to get your vision to adjust to the sunlight, you put your slippers on and made your way downstairs. The knocking continued and you let out a low sigh, ignoring it to get a cup of coffee.
"(Y/n)! I know your in there!" The person outside told, letting out a chuckle.
Once your coffee machine was set to make your caffeinated drink, you trudged to he door and opened it ever so slightly to peek out. When you saw it was just Jyushimatsu (though you kind of knew it was him the whole time), you fully unlatched the door and allowed him in.
"Hi, (Y/n)!" He cheered as he wrapped his arms around your frame.
He noticed you weren't hugging back, so he gently grasped your arms and led them around his back.
"Now we're hugging!" He exclaimed, his smile wider.
You simply let out a "hm" in response. This hug went on for a while and eventually, you grew tired of it and pulled your arms away.
"Do you want any coffee?" You asked him as you made your way to the kitchen.
"No thank you, (y/n)-chan!" He rejected, now giving a closed mouth smile.
