Michelle walks down to Dwayne's house to see the news. To see it for herself if it was the truth. She stood behind the three foot fence and stare through the windows. A clap of thunder and flash of lightning frightened her, but she held her breath.
Clouds cover the sky, and Michelle knew rain was on its way to hit her. Her eyes search for her love, Dwayne, and he sat at the dining table in the kitchen where the window she was looking through was in. A smile forms on her lips. Her heart ignited with passion, seeing Dwayne smiling.
She leans a little over to the side, trying to get a further image of what he was smiling at. She catches a glimpse of Sandy sitting by Dwayne. Their hands interlocked, and Michelle's heart shatters in pieces. She knew that Sandy must be the girl Dwayne was marrying. Although Michelle never met Sandy, she knew that Sandy fit Dwayne's status. She wasn't a low class person like her. A whore. A prostitute people would say she was, but she knew damn well that she wasn't. She only gave up her heart and body to the guy that she loved. She worshipped him. Cherished him in her heart even though she knew they wouldn't be together.
Tears stream down her cheeks as she wished Dwayne would turn and see her because she was right there. Just outside of the house and waiting.
I cry out literal tears as the director's words ring in my mind how this scene was suppose to be. I look through the window and see Liam getting cozy with Ashley. This scene brought back the feeling of solitude at the lake house. My heart sink along the words.
Here. I'm here. And waiting. Liam or Dwayne. Whoever you are, I'm waiting.
Rain poured down on me, and I got my wish. Liam turned the slightest in my direction, and I immediately turn away and walk away. I hold onto my elbows and step in a puddle.
"Cut!" Leonard announces.
The rain stops, and one of the staff members hands me a towel. I thank them and dry myself.
"Beautiful," Leonard comments. "Excellent. Ally, you're really nailing it. I want to know your secret. How do you make your tears so real? Like seriously, we didn't need to do anything, and you're ready to bawl your eyes out."
I chuckle and reply, "Thanks. I guess I think of past events that has happened in my life."
He nods his head and speaks to everyone, "Okay, we're done for the day."
I walk over to the RV and took a shower. Once I was done, I dry myself and slip into a new set of clothes. I sit by the counter in the RV and got out my laptop. I pull up my assignment for my online class and begin writing my 10,000 word essay over literature. I was almost done. And by almost, I mean I have 7500 words done. Just another 2500 words then I'll be finish.
As I write, I hear the RV door squeaked open. I guess it was Ginger, who probably came in to take a shower. "Ginger, is the crew almost done?" I ask.
I hear no response, and I raise my head. "Ginger?" I question.
Suddenly, I jump, hearing "Boo!" in my ears by none other than Liam. I turn to him and nudge his chest.
"Liam!" I exclaim. "You scared me." I flare my nostrils at him, and he chuckles.
He wraps his arms around me as I face my laptop. I remain distant and a little cold towards him. I ignore the kisses he was giving me on my temple and cheeks. "Sweetheart, you're mad at me, are you?" He asks.
"No, I'm not," I answer truthfully. "But what are you doing here? You know you're not suppose to be in here."
"I just miss you," he says. "We haven't been interacting all day because of filming. And I have the right to see you as your fiancé." Chills run down my spine, hearing him use that word. He tightens his grip on me. "Right? Aren't we?"
