The dirt road was long. It'll only take a few more seconds before I reach the lake house. The beauty of the lake enchanted me more. Everything was just like I remembered it. The trees stood tall and the road I was walking led to the lake house. A euphoria.

As I take steps closer, I see a girl standing on the dock. A tree branches out over her, and she stood peacefully. She wore a white gown as if she was an angel waiting to ascend in the sky. Her brown hair flowed in the wind. Her beauty was mesmerizing. "Hey!" I yell.

She turns her head and smiles as she sees me. I recognized her. My beautiful Allyson. She reaches her hand out for me. I smile and begin to run to her. But her body began to fade, from the bottom, and I got tipsy on my toes. I pick up my pace, but she vanishes faster and faster. I reach my hand out, and by the time our fingers touch, her entire figure disappeared in front of me.

I open my eyes, feeling the cold air hit me. I was drowned in sweat. I lift my body from the pillow and refresh my dream in my head. It's been a week since I regain my memories, and I haven't been able to do anything. Even though the looks everyone gave me that day discourages me to ask, I tried to see her. But when I showed at the front door, Sophia opened the door. I didn't know if she knew what happened, but I asked to see Ally. She told me that she wasn't home and wasn't coming back. It must've been a trick, I thought. But then she let me in and looked around. I searched the living room and her old bedroom, but she wasn't there. At the doorway, I saw Sophia standing at the door, and I pleaded for her to tell me where Ally was. I wanted to make things right and explain myself to her. But Sophia didn't tell me. She promised the others that she wouldn't tell me. I didn't know what to do. I couldn't be angry at her for not telling me or for them not wanting me to see her, but it's all that wanted.

And from all this time, I wondered how she is doing. More specifically, how she was feeling. I couldn't rest until I know it and see it myself.

I sniff the air and rub my eyes as I sit up and rest my feet on the floor. I haven't seen Rita or Lennon around here ever since last week. And Louis hasn't come back here anytime soon. Wherever he was. I clench my fist, feeling my anger sparking by thinking of that traitor. I don't care what his reasoning was. Louis knew, and he went along with it.

I stand up and walk out of my bedroom. I trot down the stairs and walk into the kitchen to find my own food. There was a pit growing in my stomach, and I knew something wasn't right.

I open the refrigerator and grab the leftover biscuits and sausages from yesterday. I set them on the table and slam the refrigerator shut.

Crack!

I turn around, and my eyes dart to the living room where the sound came from. In a couple of seconds, my eyes lock on the picture frame that shattered on the floor. I skip towards it and pick up the picture frame. I flip it around and saw the portrait I drew of Ally. The glass cracked, and a glass line drew across her face.

Something happened to Ally...

I can feel it. That's why my stomach is upset. I stand up, along with the picture frame, and set it down on the dining table. I pull out my phone and dial Dinah's phone number. I press my phone against my ear and wait until all three rings pass me by. Sorry, the person you are trying to call can't be reach right now. Please call again later.

I grab a slice of sausage and toss it in my mouth. As I chew it, the door swings open, and my eyes glare at Louis who enters the house with his hands on his waist. His hair was messy, and his eyes glared at me as well. Our eyes lock, and he stomps his way over to me.

I comment, "Look who finally sho—" Louis swings a punch on my face, and I grunt, forcing myself back. I drop my jaw and massage my cheek.

"Do you still have the tendency to be the good guy?" Louis asks.
