A month passed by, and Liam has been under Lennon's dark spell - or rather, learned the fake stories we told him. And he really believed us on all of the stories.

In one story, we explained Lennon and their inseparable love towards one another. Lennon said that they met each other when they were young, and he promised to love her, and to this very day, he still wants to 'upheld' the 'promise'. I think it was full of nonsense. I was surprised Liam actually believed that. Ever since, a pit seemed to be poking me from the inside.

Another story we told him was when he accidentally discovered a picture of him and Zayn. I convinced him that Zayn was heartbroken over a girl in the US. Liam came to get him, and Liam let Zayn drive, which ultimately led to Zayn's death. I was super guilty telling that story to him. I wish I can take it back, but I couldn't once Lennon hired one of the nurses to show Liam Zayn's 'corpse'. (Eventually, he found out about him but he couldn't care less about a guy he doesn't remember.)

Lennon was smart. I can admit that. She knew how to execute each story well to make Liam gullible. I don't totally agree with how she does it, but it's whatever.

Each story changed him, and I think it's for the worse. He wasn't the same. He goes to the bars frequently with Lennon and Rita, and I came for backup, just to make sure Liam didn't mess with them, and especially that they don't mess with him. He knew what I was doing and believed that I'm trying to protect the girls from their 'virginity' when in truth, I was trying to protect him from cheating on Ally, even though he had no idea who she was.

After Liam came out of the hospital, I kept the items that were ruined/damaged in the accident - Liam's ripped jacket, the broken watch, their broken phones, and the ribbon Camila gave Zayn. I kept them just in case one day I can give them back to them.

Sitting down in the bar, I stare Lennon clinging onto Liam's arm as if he was her toy. Liam searches through the folder from his luggage. He flips through each divider and skims through each forgotten memory of America. Rita sat next to me, and we sat at the table in front of them while they sat on stools.

"Man, I can't believe I had this much fun," Liam comments.

"Really, I remember you telling me didn't have much fun as you thought you would," Lennon says. "The people you met were rude and unwelcoming."

Liam creases his brows and looks at her. "Really?" he questions. "It seemed like I had fun. Look at Louis and me on the stage of Pride and Prejudice. Zayn and I in this picture look like we were going to kill someone." He points to the picture of a soccer game with Zayn and Liam running in motion.

"I wouldn't be too sure about that," Lennon says. "Louis told me that the play was long and boring, and in the picture, someone ticked you guys off."

Liam raises an eyebrow. "You sound like you've been there with me since you know so much," Liam says.

"Well, that's how close you and I are," Lennon says. "You trust me with everything."

I roll my eyes as I see Liam and Lennon leaning in. Their lips soon touch, and I lower my eyes, feeling the same pit growing inside of me. It didn't feel right. Heck, none of this feels right.

I lift my eyes once I feel like their intercourse ending. And they did. Thank goodness. I turn to Rita, who has been quiet. Her eyes only stare at the two, and I place my hand over hers to comfort her. She looks at me and smiles a little.

"What is this?" Liam questions. He pulls out a white piece of paper with some kind of drawing on the side he was staring at.

Lennon opens her mouth, not knowing what to say. "Oh, um...that's...um, Louis?" she looks at me.
