My eyes cringe to the brightness of the room. Lifting my head along, I lift my hand and feel someone else's on top of it. Memories of last night flooded, and I smile to myself. I prop my other arm on the mattress and turn my head back to see Liam sleeping still, or so he seems to be.

I slowly remove his hand and arm around me and peek my toes out of the sheets. The instant cold air hits them as I sit up. I hold onto the sheets around my breasts and begin to touch the floor until I feel Liam's arms wrapped around me. He pulls me close to his body and kisses the back of my shoulder.

"Morning, sunshine," he says hoarsely.

"Morning," I reply. I carefully try to pry his arms off of me, but he wouldn't let go.

"No, just a little bit longer," he whines. He rests his head in between my shoulder and neck.

"I know," I begin with a smile. "But it's time to head back, Liam."

"But last night was too short. And we still have plenty of time before we go," he says.

"I guess you're right," I said.

He tightens his grip on me, and I feel his eyes on me. He comes closer and kisses my cheek softly, tickling me. I flinch a little and turn to look at him in the eyes. He smiles and rests his forehead on top of mine. I close my eyes and let this moment sink in for as long as it could.

A topic comes to mind, and I was feeling excited about it as well. "Liam," I begin. "I think I'm ready to tell Simon now."

He widens his eyes a little. "You sure?" He questions.

"Yes," I nod my head. "I'm ready, and I don't want to live in fear anymore. I've been selfish, and you don't deserve that."

"I love you either way," he replies. "You're perfect to me, and I think it's a great idea to tell Simon."

"I'm happy you think so," I said. "Now, excuse me but I need to begin changing."

He groans and begins to kiss my neck. "But we just wake up...why do you have to go so sudden?" He says in between kisses.

"I'll owe you one next time," I said.

"You already owe me a dance," he points out. "But I understand. Just...one more kiss." He presses his lips against mine, and I kiss back very shortly. Small butterflies build up in my stomach. After a couple of seconds, we pull back, and he releases me from his arms.

I hold onto the sheet as I stood up on the ground and pick up my clothes. I walk to my luggage and grab a new set of clothes, tossing the other outfit in my suitcase. Before I enter the bathroom, I drop the sheets to the floor, receiving a whistle from Liam. I turn around and see Liam acting innocent.

I shake my head at him, and he bites the air in front of him, making me smile more. I shift back and enter the bathroom. I take a quick shower and slide into my new clothes. I blow dry my hair until it was dry.

I exit the bathroom and see Liam rushing into the bathroom, silent and full of thought. His eyes didn't make eye contact with mine. The slam of the door shocked me a little, but I proceeded with the feeling tucked away somewhere in my mind.

I tidy the room up, picking up any trash on the floor. I undid the sheets and wrap it in a messy ball. I head downstairs, remembering Liam's words self-made bed. In the living room, I see a pillow on the arm of the couch and a sheet laid out on top. I pick them up and walk upstairs. I set them next to the sheets.

Just then, Liam opens the door. His eyes lowered to the ground. He looks genuinely upset about something, but I couldn't tell what it was. He walks pass me without a word and grabs his suitcase and video camera. I can feel a tension between him and me, and that got me thinking. Did I do something wrong?
