The third and final day has come. We're leaving tomorrow, and I am a little upset that it came so quick. There were a lot of moments, but I couldn't deny the times that it was just him and me talking or in comfortable silence with one another. And the weather has been friendly to us. There wasn't storms - no more than clouds. Just the bright and uncovered sun in the sky.

It was around five, and Liam and I finished packing for tomorrow. I was reading Anna Karenina on the swinging bench on the porch while Liam rested his head on my lap, his eyes closed. His arms crossed over his chest. One of my hands ran through his hair as I continue to read.

After a moment, he grabs my hand and holds it tightly in his. I feel the back of my hand pressed against his lips, and butterflies erupted in my stomach. My hand tickled and twitched as he caresses the spot his lips touched. My nerves vibrated, distracting my reading.

I close the book and give him my full attention. His eyes open and meet mine. "Let's have a date today before we leave," he says. "Inside the house."

"I didn't bring anything," I said.

"That's alright," he says. "Just put on your best outfit."

"Okay," I said.

He lifts his head and props his hand on the wooden bench. He turns to look at me. He says, "Be ready at seven." He quickly steals a kiss from my cheek and rushes inside, leaving me to blush.

I shake my head at his childish behavior. I take a step on the floor and enter the house, holding the book in my hand. I see Liam nowhere in sight. He seems to be moving quick. I walk upstairs and walk into our room.

On the bed, I see a ripped piece of paper laying. I picked it up and see Liam's messy handwriting but even messier. He definitely is in a rush. I read the note: Don't come out until seven.

Now I'm curious to see what he is up to.

My eyes shift to the nightstand, and I see the video camera on top. I walk to it and pick it up. Opening the screen, I flip the lens to focus on me. I set the camera on top of the nightstand and kneel down to the floor where the camera can only see my shoulders and head. I press the record button and begin saying, "Hi," I wave at it. I hold my hands together and place them on my chest. "I'm here just saying how thankful I am to be on this trip with you. I had fun, and the reason why I am recording this instead of actually telling is because I don't actually know how to tell you this." I tuck a lock of hair behind my ear and continue, "Um, I've been doing a lot of thinking, and I don't know how you feel about me exactly. But I just want tell you that I...uh... I love you, and I hope you feel the same way. Because if you don't, then this is embarrassing." I chuckle nervously. "But I hope by the time you watch this, I already told you. I love you, Liam. It really occurred to me since our conversation from yesterday. I hope you never let go of that because I am ready. It's you and me against the world." I blow a kiss at the camera.

I turn off the recording and rewatch the clip of me. I cringe really hard at my own laughs and word choice. This was bad. This was... Liam does not need to see this. I press each button, trying to find a way to delete the video until my phone goes off. I dig into my back pocket and read the screen. My nerves shake, seeing Simon's name. I shut the camera off and answer the phone. "Hello?" I greet.

"Hi, Ally, how are you guys doing?" Simon asks.

"Um, well," I answer. I clear my throat and continue, "Simon, this isn't a good time. I'm at Jade's house, and she seemed to be really sick."

"Why are you exactly at her house?" He questions, disapprovingly.

"She needed my help," I answer.
