"I will be right back Itachi", you said exiting the room and heading downstairs, leaving the Uchiha in your room. He took a look around hisself, a bed, a wardrobe, a closet, a desk with a desk lamp on it, papers and books well organized on it, and other books, lots of books on the shelves taking a good space on the wall. He took a quick look at the scroll opened on your desk, seals? She is studying seals? So she wants to learn about the ninja world..., he looked at the books, seeing that most of them were talking about medical care but also, about other kinds of science...

You were on your way back to your room, you took a look inside lady Noriko's room to see that she was sleeping deeply, great! You walked upstairs and opened the door calmly and entered locking the door and putting the tray you have brought with you on the floor near the futon you prepared for Itachi.
"Dinner time, Itachi", you said wity a smile pointing to the food, a bowel of hot soup, rice, salad, fish and of course, some dango.
"[name], I have already eaten dinner, you didn't have to bother yourself", he said blinking as he looked at tray then back at you, while you just smiled more at him and crossed your arms over your chest causing him to smile a little too.

"[Name], the inn is closed, not the restaurants", he added as you shrugged your shoulders ignoring what he said.
"Come on Itachi, I don't know what you have eaten, but I'm sure a homemade meal is always better right? Besides, I made it for you", you said taking his hand and pulling him down with you, then sitting on the futon in front of the tray of food.

"Thank you, [name]", he said, apprpenly giving up and maybe not able to resist the smell of the delicious food you've made for him.

"[name], why are you studying the seals?", he asked you as he started to eat, you looked at your desk, knowing that he had seen the scroll.
"Well I want to learn, I want to know everything, and be strong", you said, looking back at him.
"And how it's going with you?"
"Good but...there are parts I couldn't understand, others I have to practice and experience by myself, and I couldn't do that alone here", you replied with sigh, as an idea came to your mind.
"Itachi? Can you help me out?", you asked him, clapping your hands together and smiling sheepishly, getting yourself a chuckle from him as he nodded then said:"after dinner, [name], I will only explain what you can't understand now, but for training I can't these days, I'm really busy".
"That's great! Thank you!", you said will a big smile getting up and heading to your desk to prepare your papers and books and all you need, as you then remembered something.
"By the way Itachi, your eyedrops are ready", you said with smile, taking the glassy bottle out of a drawer and putting it on the desk.
"I appreciate it...", he muttered with a smile, something about you is so familiar, it gives him a calming feeling, a soothing sensation...yes, you remind him of his mother in some ways...

You were sitting next to Itachi on your bed, after he finished dinner then brushing his teeth with the spare new toothbrush you gave him that you have been keeping in your bathroom cabinet. He was explaining to you how to make the hand signs, types of seals and other things that had been written on your papers.
"[name], have you trained back at the leaf?", he asked.
"Yes, just a little bit, enough to defend myself in normal attacks, well there was no one actually free to teach me more and since I wasn't from there, it was hard to get someone to teach you, although I felt like it was more of a matter of trust...even medical ninjutsu...I had to learn on my own most of it, they only allowed me to learn the basics", you said with a sigh, they wouldn't just entrust their technics and to some stranger, even though you were actually not stranger...
"And Kakashi? Have you asked him?", he said, looking at your face as you just kept looking on the text written on the paper.
"Not really, he is always busy with his team, but at least he helped me settle down when I first got in the leaf, he and a boy named Naruto", you said smiling at the memory of meeting them.
"That's okay, you will learn through time", he replied with a small smile reassuring you, that you returned, then you continued your learning asking him about the points you couldn't understand as he tried to explain them in a simpler way. He didn't refuse to help you, he actually wanted you to learn, and be strong, because you need to protect yourself from some dangers and 'people'.

"So, do you understand now?", he asked shutting the last book and putting it aside, as you nodded with a yes.
"Next time I will ask you some questions to see if you memorised these informations well", he added in a serious way, noticing the excitement on your face.
"I'm ready whenever you want Itachi!", you said excitedly, yet in a low voice, careful to wake up lady Noriko, even though it was hard for her to hear anything since you two slept in different floors, and because of the sound of the storm outside.

"That's good", he replied.
"I guess we should sleep now", you said looking at the clock noticing that it was past midnight.
"[name]...", he called your name with a slight hesitation as you looked around at him.

"Yes Itachi?"
"Can you sleep next to me?", he asked in a low voice looking at you, noticing the pink color starting to spread all over your face. He didn't seem that he wants something bad from this, it looks like he is just doesn't want to be alone after all this time that you two had finally met, he seemed to develop   a habit of this, he is finally not alone.

"Sure...", you muttered with a smile, putting your books on your desk again and putting your bedding beside his futon, turning off the light as you laid on your place facing him.
