You woke up feeling terribly tired, every part of your body hurting you, your vision blurry, you could finally recognize that Uchiha symbol in front of you, you're home...

What happened?

"[name]...you're finally up...", you darted your tired eyes to the side hearing lady Noriko's voice, you couldn't even turn your head fully to her, too exhausted to move even a finger.
"My...lady...", you said through low voice, less than a whisper that only her can hear.
"What happened to you my dear? I came here a few days ago to check on your house like everytime you're not here, just to find you here on this futon unconscious, I was so worried since you haven't moved or woke up ever since then...", she said as you can see some tears of worry in her eyes, you looked at your arm to see that she had placed a nutritious liquid on your vein to keep you alive, she did good by treating you at home and not talking you to the hospital, you don't need more troubles...

But what should you tell her? You yourself are still confused of what happened during the time you have lost your conciousness, wait! Where is Itachi?!

"Where is he?...where is Itachi?", you asked her with a frown, trying to sit up but failed, as she also asked you to just lay back in your place.
"I don't know, did you find him?!", she asked with wide eyes.
"He was...dead...I tried my best to save him...unfortunately my efforts weren't enough...I collapsed before doing that...", you said, your eyes already filling up with tears as she gasped, placing her hand on her mouth surprisingly, she then wiped out some tears away, trying not to worsen the situation, how did this happen?
"I'm so sorry sweetheart...", she muttered, avoiding to ask you more questions for now .

"When I came here, I found just you, you were laid in this place in your reception room and...I found these around", she said holding a syringe, and two empty vials of the elixir, the one you used trying to save Itachi and...the one you have lost.

"Impossible!!!", you said as your eyes widened in shock, this is...yours! Who has been taking it all this time? And what did they do with it?
You looked down at your arm, to see a small glowing dot on it, there was another one on your other arm, you are sure there are others in other places of your body, this is it! someone had injected the other  part of the elixir in your arm after you have passed out, and it must be the same person who...took Itachi's body.

Who could it be? One thing for sure, it's from the Akatsuki, someone who knew about the elixir, someone who has been following you and knew you were gonna see Itachi, someone who knew everything all along.

"Madara...", you muttered remembering the time you have met him when you were searching for Itachi, and how he told you about his and Sasuke's location, its him for sure! but why did he do this? Why did he took the bottle and hide it all this time to use it now for your own advantage? Did he knew this was gonna happen all along?
Still, even with the medicine, you're terribly tired and sick...

"[name]?! What are you trying to do?!", lady Noriko asked you surprised seeing you trying to move and sit up, as she stopped you again.
"No my lady...I have to go and...I need to save Itachi...", you said, barely able to talk, you couldn't accept the fact that you lost him, there is a slight hope right?
You tried to lie to yourself again...

"No [name]...that's enough, you can't go in this state! you can't even stand up! I have let you do what you want for a while but you only got yourself hurt...I can't let you go again...", the lady said with sorrow in her eyes to see you like that, in that state, so many questions in her mind about what happened between you and Itachi, why did he leave you, and how did he die and...lot of other questions!!
"I feel so terrible...I can't believe it...", you bursted out in tears, the image of Itachi laying down lifeless came to your mind, all your efforts weren't enough to save him! If only you were faster and got to him before things got worse...if only you followed him right after he left you that morning...why Itachi? Why did you do this to me?

"[name]...we will talk about this more later...now you need to rest fully and try to recover", the lady said calmly passing her hand through your hair trying to calm you down as you shook your head no weakly.
"No...I don't want to recover! I don't want to live anymore...", you muttered through tears and sobs, she wiped your tears with her hand gently, trying to calm you down more, letting down a very deep sigh...

"[name]...you should know, you are not all by yourself now...you're pregnant", she said looking down at you with sad eyes as you stopped crying, and looked at her in shock, could this get any worse?
"P....pregnant?..."
You remained speechless as even your tears froze stopped, not knowing whether to laugh or cry, this would have been great news if Itachi is still around but now? What are you gonna do? What will be its destiny? That dream you have seen a while ago...the child that looks like Itachi...

Now you see why Itachi has been avoiding to have a physical relationship with you all this time, he was trying to avoid this, he probably didn't think this would happen so fast...

He looks like he...planned to fight his brother all the way, and maybe...even let him kill him on purpose...

"Sweetheart please take it easy...you need to be more careful from here on, don't risk your life of the child's by doing something clumsy", Noriko said holding your hand in hers.
"I don't think I will make it though my lady...I'm too weak and fragile, even without doing any kind of hard work I might whether...until I die, my body now...will not support a baby...", you said with a blank expression on your face as you looked at the ceiling, and closed your eyes, tears slipping out of them...what will you do?

"This is the truth of Itachi, Sasuke, he loved you, he cared for you...", Madara said as he finished telling Sasuke the truth about his big brother, Sasuke seemed to have difficulty accepting what he is hearing.
"No!!! That's not true!!!", Sasuke yelled, both angry and sad at the same time.
"That's the truth Sasuke, you know this as well..if Itachi wanted to kill, he would have done it so easily...but your life was too precious to him than his own", Madara said calmly, seeing the look on Sasuke's face.
"And [name]? Why did he kill her then?!", Sasuke asked through gritted teeth.
"Kill her? No Sasuke, [name] is alive, Itachi never tried to harm her, he loved her so much, insanely...he married her out of love, and tried to give her everything he was able to afford...until the time for his leave had come...", Madara said, giving Sasuke another shock as he remained speechless.

"I guess the reason he told you he killed her, was both to make you more angry and awake your abilities, and...to keep you away from her, Itachi doesn't look like he wanted anyone taking his wife after him...", Madara said, as Sasuke didn't even say a word...
