It was the afternoon, you have been laying down on the futon in your room, enjoying the warmth coming from the heater as you waited for Itachi. You smiled hearing the door open and he gets in, he took off his straw hat and cloak, as well as his shoes, then walked to you sitting on the edge of the futon beside you.
"The food will be ready soon, have you gotten some rest?", he asked in a soft voice, gently brushing your hair out of your face.
"I didn't sleep yet but I'm better now, I managed to unseal the rest of my chakra points, once I eat and recover more energy I will heal myself", you answered trying to sit up just for him to stop you, pulling the blanket more on your body.
"Alright, for now just lay down and rest", he said in a deep and serious voice, knowing that you are still in pain.
"Is it still snowing?", you asked looking at the window that has been covered with a thin curtain that was blocking your view.
"Yeah, it's a good thing we made it to this village when we had the chance and the snow stopped earlier, I guess it will keep snowing even tonight as well", he said nodding, then getting up, removing part of the curtain out of the way of your view, you smiled as you watched the snow falling outside when you heard a gentle knock on the door.
"the food is ready", Itachi muttered as he hurried to the door and opened it, he then set the food on the table that was in the room and helped you up.
Itachi sat beside you instead of facing you to help you in case you needed, you enjoyed eating the warm food together while watching the snow falling outside and enjoying the warmth of your room.

After eating, you laid back in your futon resting more as Itachi took care of the table, a while later, you sat up in your place again, getting ready to start healing yourself as Itachi was still in the room with you.

"Itachi please, lift up my shirt but too gently, just up to my chest", you asked him to do so as you couldn't pull it up by yourself, Itachi nodded and sat beside you and gently doing as you told him, very gently careful not to cause you any more pain.
He gasped as his eyes widened at what he had seen, a big purple bruise that it almost turned black from its intensity, covering the most of your side and even parts of your back and abdomen, this is so dangerous, Gai had probably hit your kidney and your bones...
"[Name]!! This is dangerous...you're...", you knew what he thought but you need to reassure him, after all, you're [name] Uchiha, one if the best healers and medical ninjas around.
"Don't worry Itachi, that's an hematoma, some blood that is gathered under my skin from the hit, what I need to heal is my ribs  and gladly my kidney isn't harmed, and then this will go on it's own", you said with a small smile, still Itachi didn't seem to be convinced.
"I have a bad feeling about it", he said looking at you worriedly, as you smiled, just one of your hands already starting glow green, one hand was enough for you to do the job.
"Trust me Itachi, I healed Deidara when he was alsmot dead and I was less experienced", you said with a small reassuring smile, placing your hand on the purplish area closing your eyes, letting out a groan feeling the pain decreases as you moved your hand all over the area, Itachi was just watching silently as he held you supporting your body while you healed yourself, you can feel the ribs getting renovated and restored, as the cracking has been healed.

"We are done", you said with a smile as you finished, looking at Itachi who has been still staring at your exposed skin raising an eyebrow, just where did that big purple bruise go this fast?
He placed his hand on your skin to sense it more, but to you, it sent a diffent feeling in you, through all this time, Itachi never seen more than your face, arms and feet exposed, he never saw your chest, your waist, your stomach, your back, he only saw your legs and thighs by accident the night you spelt at the great trees location and the wind had blown your kimono exposing them to him. He carefully passed his hand on it, notcing you feel no pain, he smiled pulling his hand back.
"You're great [name], as expected from you...", he said, as you smiled at the compliment pulling your shirt back down.

"Itachi, maybe we can go walk around the village for a while, I feel bored here", you said quietly.
"If you're feeling better, why not? Also I want to talk to you about some matters", Itachi said as you nodded then stood up, now on your own as your injury has been healed.
"What kind of matters, Itachi?", you asked, starting to get ready as Itachi did the same and said:"about your situation in the Akatsuki, and about our marriage", you nodded at him with a small adorable blush on your cheeks, you wanted to ask more questions but just decided to let him tell you what he is thinking once you two go out.
"By the way Itachi, where is Kisame?", you asked, putting on your shoes as Itachi waited for you, of course the shark-man matters to you.
"He is also in the inn, maybe he is asleep", Itachi said watching you grab your satchel then walk back to him.
"Okay, I'm ready, shall we go?", you said smiling as he nodded, the two of you put on your straw hats on, he took your head then the two of you left the room.
