You walked out of the hospital with Itachi, arm in arm, still shocked at the beautiful surprise.
"A twin...", you muttered, walking with him through the streets of the village, a smile on your face as you just kept walking ahead. It was a cute moment when the nurse told you the news, Itachi was speechless for a while, just looking at her then back at you, is this real?! You weren't less shocked than him, you only thought you were gaining some extra weight but it appeared it was another baby, you hugged him deep and tight, enjoying every single moment of it, making it up to all the misery and pain you had to suffer first when he wasn't there.

"A boy and a girl...", Itachi murmured as he stopped and looked at you, the love you see in his eyes is enormous, now you can see he loves life, he loves to be around and loves the fact to be wanted, he loved the fact that...his family is expanding, he no longer feels alone...
"Yes, Tatsu seems to be very lucky, I never thought there will be a good chance for this to happen", you said with a giggle looking down at the bump in your belly.
"We will tell lady Noriko, I will let Sasuke know as well later, [name]?", Itachi said, taking your hand in his and heading toward a nearby cafeteria instead of heading directly to work.

"Yes Itachi?", you replied smiling as you entered it already taking a seat across from him around a small table, seeing that smile never leaving face.

"I just want you to know...I'm very happy that we are together...and that all this happened between us, I will keep my promises to you and take care of you and of the kids, you just let me know what you want, I will do my best to repent you for the lonesliness I made you pass through years ago", Itachi said as he held your hand in his, making your smile bigger as your cheeks turned a cute shade of pink as you nodded, "I know you will", you said gently squeezing his hand as then a waiter interrupted you to take your orders.

You didn't notice it but you were already hungry, lunch time is still to come yet your stomach is already empty. You couldn't help it as you grabbed the menu and looked through the kinds of food, while Itachi did the same as the waiter said he will be back when you are ready to order.
"I want a cup of green tea and cherry flavored dango...wait! I also want to taste the special sponge cake, and the cookies with chocolate chips and...also I want a piece of the angel cake, um...yes! a cinnamon roll would be fine...", you said with a little chuckle putting the menu down, feeling your mouth already watering as the waiter finished writing down your order while Itachi was just watching you with a slightly parted lips.

"And you sir?", the waiter asked Itachi with an eye-closed smile.
"Green tea and dango...", Itachi said as the waiter nodded and left.

Itachi was just watching you as you looked around at some hydrangea flowers before his features softened, it seems you have already started with the cravings, and he can't blame you though, to him you don't sound demanding or needy, but actually cute and natural.

He was sipping his tea calmly with a smile watching you eating the food you have ordered, he can see the satisfied look on your face as you ate your sweets.
"Ah...that's was tasty", you said with a sigh of content and a grin after finishing your food, resting your hands on your belly, while Itachi kept watching you with an amused smile resting his cheek on his palm, well it seems that now you two can leave.

"Now [name], go home and have some rest, alright?", Itachi said as you two arrived to the point where you have to part ways. You looked aside seeing the long path leading to your home in the farthest side of the village, than looked back at him...you already miss him...
"Yes, um....Itachi?"
"Yes love?"
"Don't be late...be back home soon, please", you said blushing slightly as you then quickly tiptoed and kissed his cheek and started heading back home, Itachi nodded at you with a smile, it seems you are also having a need for him, and he will be glad to be by your side through this.
