You were still standing in your spot waiting, and thinking about what the masked man said, Itachi 'can' kill you if he had to but...the man named Madara doesn't know anything about you and Itachi...he doesn't know what you two have shared together, what times you have passed with each other, he doesn't know what's love you have...
"[name]...", you looked around to see Itachi coming back to you with a worried look on his face, of course he notices the frown on your face.
"You look so troubled, what happened? Who talked to you?", he asked in a calm but serious voice as he looked in your eyes, what's that? Drops of tears? What the?!

"........."
"[name], tell me what is it!", he is now even more worried, you looked at his face and you shook your head getting rid of those dark thoughts, you then grabbed his hand and started heading back to your room.

Once the door has been closed, making sure no one can sneak in or even hear your talk, you hugged him tight as he sighed and hugged you back, but still curious at what made you so worried.
"Itachi, when you have been gone, Madara came to me", you said after pulling from the hug, noticing the frown that formed on his face, of course this justifies the tears in your eyes, [name].
"What did he say exactly to you?", he asked in a stern way, his eyes looking deepily into yours, you sighed, should you tell him? Of course...

"He said...he said that you might...", you said, not even able to say it.
"Kill you", he finished your words as you gasped slightly, then looked down as you bite your lip, just saying it, just hearing him say it makes it hurts.
"And what about you, [name]? Do you think this would happen?", he asked as he turned your face to him looking at you directly in the eyes, you looked at his face, he wasn't smiling or upset, his face was bkank, so emotionless, you couldn't  even read it or expect what he wants by asking this...but you wanted to be honest...
"No, of course not, I told you...I trust you, I will support you and I will do anything for you, I love you Itachi, and I know...you love me, right?"

Right? Do you even need to confirm his love to you [name]? Actually, the way the masked man talked was what scared you the most, not what he said...

"You shouldn't even have a doubt about it, [name]!! Don't let anyone make you doubt our love for each other, okay?!", Itachi said in a slightly high pitched voice, as he looked at you with a very serious look on his face, placing his hand on your cheek as you nodded slowly.
"Don't listen to what they say, after all, you're the only one who knows me well, right? and that was because you actually saw that I'm my eyes by yourself, before we even deepen our relationship, at a time when everyone around you warned about me", he said in a calmer voice now, he really doesn't want your relationship to be disturbed, not even a little...
"Yes I did, and I never changed my mind about you, I only loved you even more", you said with a smile.
"If I wanted to hurt you or kill you, I could have done it long ago, but I'm doing the exact opposite, train you and care for you, [name], I want you to become strong and live, [name]...", he trialed off as you slowly smiled at him.

"[name], do you remember that time...under the great tree a while ago?...", he asked with a smile caressing your cheek gently as you nodded.
"Yeah I do, how can I forget?", you said smiling at the memory.
"Back then, I told you, I have no intentions to hurt you...", he muttered.
"I rememeber...", you nodded with a warm smile.
"I renew my promise...[name], I have no intentions to hurt you, I love you", he said, smiling kindly at you, his eyes softening while looking at yours.
"I love you more Itachi...", you mattered, looking up into his pretty eyes .
"So, are we okay now?", he said poking your cheek gently.
"Yes, but...", you said, a sigh left your lips in the end.
"What is it [name]? Tell me?", Itachi asked you in gentle voice, noticing the worry on your face, something else is disturbing you.

"He actually mentioned...your brother...", you trailed off, biting your lip seeing the sudden and huge change on his face.
"Sasuke?"
"Well I'm not bothered because of what he said about you and him, I already know...but...", you trailed off, looking away from his eyes with a sad look on your face.
"What?", he asked you, wanting to know what's the problem with Sasuke now.
"Itachi...why don't you...settle things with your brother peacefully? Why not just tell him what happened? The truth! Explain to him what happened",you said as you looked at him with eyes full of hope.
"[name], things to Sasuke aren't the same to you, Sasuke witnessed the massacre, he was there, he saw me standing beside our parents dead bodies, he trusted me completely while I gave him the biggest shock of his life, nothing will change his mind sweetheart...", Itachi said in a low and sad voice, yet a small smile was on his lips as he looked at you, seeing the concern on your face.
"Not true! You can't really tell that unless you try, I will help you and-", you didn't give up, you tried more but he stopped you.
"[name], that's enough, leave this to me, I will find a way to deal with him, so don't worry", Itachi said with a sigh as he cut you off, while you bite your lip not convinced.
"But I really want to help", you tried once more...
"And I don't want you to get involved in this, [name], Sasuke will surely try to come after you if he finds out about you, and I don't want to put your life in danger more than I already did, please, love, stay out of it", you can hear how soft his voice became in the end of his talk, trying to hold you back, and just make you forget about this whole matter
"I...well...", you trailed off, looking aside in defeat.
"It's not that I don't trust you, but I don't want you to get in more troubles, leave this to me and don't bother yourself with it, okay?", he said calmly, gently turning your face toward him as he smiled gently at you.
"I guess I have no choice...", you said with a sigh.
"[name], smile", he asked as he didn't want to see that upset look on your face anymore, as you slowly smiled at him before it turned into a big smile.
"There you are!", he chuckled at you, gently taping your forehead with his fingers before he then pulled you to his arms in a tight hug, "I love you...", he muttered as you nodded and smiled.

"So Itachi, when will you go on the mission?", you asked after pulling back from the hug, looking at him.
"Tomorrow, it will be just one day so don't worry, we will resume training when I'm back, now I guess we need to eat something", he said with a smile as you nodded and blushed slightly, hearing your stomach growl at the mention of food.
"Alright, I'm glad you will stay for the night at least", you said as he was already leaving the room with you, heading to the kitchen.
