You didn't know what to say or do, you walked to where he has been laying down on the ground beside his brother, stained in blood, as his eyes half opened staring lifeless at the sky...
He doesn't breath, his chest doesn't move unlike his brother's, his skin had turned into a scary pale shade, what is happening?
You ignored everything around you, you ignored Sasuke and the heavy rain that have been soaking you wet, you ignored the pain you felt in your eyes as blood ran down from them over your cheeks, as your Sharingan is no longer a normal one, as it turned into something else...Mangekyo Sharingan.

"Itachi?! Are you...okay?!", you asked with a faint voice sitting beside him and touching his face, though you knew he is not...he looks lifeless...looking into his eyes, you knew he is...
You didn't want to believe it, you checked his pulse, nothing can be felt, his chest isn't moving, his body...is cooling down quickly.
"ITACHIIII!!!! WAKE UP!!!!", you cried out loud as you pulled him to you and hugged his head close to your chest, hot tears mixing with blood streaming down your cheeks heavily as you cried loudly, almost going insane, you can't believe this, you can't let this happen, what's about all your plans and dreams together? Is it the end?
"N-No...I mustn't break down now...I have to do something...I...", you trailed off in a shaking voice as your hands started glowing green immediately, you passed them all over his body, you weren't healing him, but you were trying to check if there is anything still alive in him...only few last cells trying to survive, waiting for their destiny as well.

"The elixir!! I need it now!!", in the middle of that mess, you remembered your treasure, your vial of the elixir you got from the tree a while ago, that you have developed and extended its healing abilities to a highest level, which you keep hidden at home, yours and Itachi's home...
"I have to go back quickly", you didn't even need to think how to do this, you have already thought about it, thought about when you will need to go home fast when you are far away.
"Reversed summoning jutsu!", you yelled after performing a bunch of hand signs then slamming your hand on the ground, while keeping Itachi close to you, so he'd be transported back with you, a big puff of smoke appeared, and in a blink of an eye you have disappeared from that place.
"No way!!", white Zetsu said as he blinked a few times after you have been gone with the Uchiha's body.

"How did we let her leave the organization in the first place? She is more useful than we thought!", the white half said.

"There wasn't another option, it seems Obito too wanted her out for some reasons, that's why he made things easier for her to go, though he was aware of her abilities", the black half  said as the white one hummed in response as they both looked at Sasuke's unconscious body still laying on the ground under the rain.

"We're here..", you said to Itachi's body in a trembling voice refusing to believe that he is dead, still hardly trying to contain your tears as you run to your healing room in the back of the house and grabbed the small bottle from a closet with a syringe and ran back to where Itachi's body has been laid on the floor in the reception room.
Without wasting any second you immediately injected the glowing liquid into diffent parts of his body, making sure to spread it equally, he was still lifeless, this is your hope in 'saving' what could be saved...
"No...I can't lose you...", you said wiping your tears, as your hands started glowing green as you placed them on his chest, more precisely on his heart, you closed your eyes and focused your best, activating your medical ninjutsu to its limits, your hands' glowing intensified to a maximum level, lightning the whole room in a green glow.

"More!", you said through gritted teeth, forcing your body to the edge, the green glowing turned into a bright shining yellow one, as sweat started to run down your forehead and cheeks, the yellow glowing then turned into an intense blinding white one, as you have been at your highest level of healing.

"I have to save you...even if I...have to...exchange my soul for yours...", you said through a hoarse voice, feeling your body going numb, you meant it when you told him you're ready to do anything for him, yet the stupid idiot didn't take it seriously.
"Just a little bit more!", you muttered, your eyes closed, knowing you were close to do it, the elixir will surely give its effect, but you need to help it! And help his body!
You opened your eyes, as your vision darkened and you felt so dizzy and your head felt light...what's happening now?
"Itac...", you muttered one last time, before the growing in your hands fainted then disappeared, then you collapsed on Itachi's body, your head on his chest as some blood run out of your mouth, you have pushed your body more than its can handle...you've totally exhausted it.

You two laid down in the reception room without a move, with that Uchiha crest on the wall behind you, then a sound of footsteps has been heard nearing you two.
"I have warned you, [name]...I told you Itachi would sacrifice anything for his brother...and he...sacrificed your love...", Madara, or as Zetsu said, Obito said walking to you and standing beside the two you, watching the miserable scene in front of him.
"You still want to give him everything you have, you want to give him even your life...you did a great job trying to save him, [name], resulting in alsmost killing yourself...", he said looking at the state you were in, and how skinny and pale you have turned from the process of trying to save Itachi.
He didn't say anything else, he grabbed the same syringe you used to inject Itachi with the elixir, then took a small familiar bottle from inside his claok containing another portion of the elixir, the third and last bottle you have lost a while ago and lost hope you'd find it, he quickly injected you with it, not caring that the syringe is used, after all, you and Itachi decided to share everything...even death...

"You need to survive [name], even if Itachi is gone, you have to live..."
