More days had passed since you left the village...

It was a starry night, this time you have been camping in the forest, after having dinner, you have been sitting around the fire beside Itachi while cuddling Tatsu in your lap, it was so calm and relaxing, watching the flames of the fire and hearing the sound of water flowing in a nearby stream...

"Tatsu, listen to me son...", you looked at Itachi hearing his voice, as your son also looked at his dad waiting for what he is about to say.

"Tomorrow we will arrive to our destination, Konoha, the village where I have been born and raised, and also, the village where your mom originally comes from...", Itachi trailed off as Tatsu watched him with his black eyes with full attention.
"We will find there your uncle Sasuke waiting for us, he and his little family", Itachi said with a little smile as you listened silently, "they are all that is left from our clan there...", Itachi said lowly as you can feel sadness in his voice as he said this.
"Where are the others?!", Itachi remained silent as Tatsu asked him this...regret and pain filling his heart, there is this one thing he still have to deal with, tell Tatsu what happened...and he doesn't know what will be Tatsu's reaction once he knows the truth...

"They passed away...someone forced your dad to kill everyone to stop a grewt war that was going to start, giving your father the choice to spare his brother only, your uncle Sasuke, and also to keep this a secret from everyone...", you said surprising Itachi as he gasped, not expecting you to interfere and tell Tatsu about this now, while Tatsu just listened silently.
"Your dad was still young and he didn't have another option, everyone thought he was a bad person because they didn't know exactly what happened and why he did that, later we met, and we fell in love with each other, he told me the truth of what happened and why, and how much he suffered from it, and then I and him decided to start a new beginning", you said with a smile kissing Tatsu's head who has been just staring at Itachi silently, you can tell that Itachi was worried about Tatsu's reaction, he doesn't want him to hate him for this.

"Tatsu, your father is a very kind and nice man, I'm telling you this because I don't want someone to decieve you or tell you lies about him, people told me your dad was so bad but when I knew him closely, I knew how much of a good person he is, and I know he would never hurt anyone on purpose, Tatsu, I want you to know, no matter what people might tell you, be sure, your father is a very nice and kind person...", you said smiling down at him as he was just staring at Itachi.
He didn't say anything, he just jumped down from your lap and threw himself at Itachi's arms who caught him and pulled him closer and hugged him deepily, while you watched them smiling.
"I love dad...", Tatsu said briefly and innocently as Itachi corrected his son's position in his lap and smiled brightly at him, "I love you too my son, I love you and your mom so much...", Itachi whispered as he patted Tatsu's head gently, being near the warmth of his dad and the fire, surrounded by his parents love, Tatsu quickly had fallen asleep soon later.

"[name] thank you...", Itachi said calmly as he smiled at you as you rested your head on his shoulder watching the fire.
"He was meant to find out sooner or later, the best was to tell him now since he is still young so he can accept it easily and grow up knowing the truth before someone else poisons his mind with other things, I don't want people to tell him wrong things about you and change his mind about you, he loves you, I can tell...that if I just believed what I heard from people when I first visited Konoha and didn't know you closely, I wouldn't really know who you truely are...I don't want anyone to put wrong ideas in Tatsu's head about you Itachi, once he gets older I will explain more to him, and maybe if he gets a sibling he will understand what happened better", you said looking up at him as he smiled at you, then leaned in and kissed you.
"You're the best thing that happened in my life, [name]...", Itachi whispered as he wrapped his arm around you and pulled you closer to him, enjoying being close to both you and Tatsu.

"You are happy to see your brother again, Itachi...", you said, holding his hand in yours and gently caressing it, as you watched the fire lightening the place in a beautiful orange glow.
"Yes I am", Itachi said with a gentle smile and a nod as you smiled.
"I didn't have a sibling, and I barely remember my father...but your relationship with Tatsu and Sasuke, made me know how it would feel to have them...it is something very beautiful", you said looking at Tatsu sleeping deep in Itachi's lap with his cheeks a cute red color from the warmth.
"You know [name], you can count on me on everything...I would be everyone you want...", Itachi said noticing your looks at Tatsu, making you lift your eyes up at him and smile as you nodded.
"Yes I know...when I was young, about Tatsu's age my parents died, the only one who has been left for me was lady Noriko, she did her best to raise me right and give me the love and support I needed, her husband died long ago so it was just me and her, we were both alone but we helped each other through time...when I was little, I used to see kids my age with their parents or playing with their siblings, I always wondered why I'm not like them, and then years later, I saw the same look in Tatsu's eyes, why doesn't he have a father of siblings like the others? I tried my best to fill the emptiness you left in our lives, I had to pass through the same situation, but this time as a mother...", you trialed off with a sigh then continued, "but...unlike my father who never returned, you came back to us!!", you said with a sweet giggle seeing the happiness on Itachi's face.
"It is all thanks to you...my love", he said leaning in and placing a sweet kiss on your temple.

"The happiness I've seen in Tatsu's eyes was priceless! I was so happy as well!! It was...a miracle...", you said with a bright smile, tucking some stands of hair behind your ear.
"I was happy too, and I'm even happier now, love", Itachi said, gently squeezing your hand as you looked ar him happily and nodded.
"Yes I know!! Tatsu got his father back, he no longer asks me about it, sometimes he asks why he doesn't have siblings but that's okay, he will have them once we are ready to have more children, I got my lover and husband back, my family got reunited again!", you said letting out a long sigh of content.
"Indeed, one family...", Itachi nodded in agreement.
"Itachi...you have everything I need, you are my everything and with you I don't feel any loneliness or sadness anymore".
"You also [name], you give me life, gave me hope and gave me this amazing son, allowed me to know how it feels to be a husband and a father...", he said smiling at you.
"Me too Itachi, you gave me the chance to experience the feels to be a mother and a wife, be in love, have a family...have a man in my life I can rely on and share the good and bad things with him", you said as your extended your hand and gently placed it on his cheek as he smiled and nodded.

"Itachi, listen...the voice in your dream...what it told you about me and Tatsu, is never true! We are beyond happy to be with you!! We need you and...and we love you and you should know that very well and never let anyone else make you think otherwise! Or else I will punish you!!", you said seriously, glaring at him as you said the last part as he nodded and smiled.
"I know...I will keep that in mind..."
"Stop listening to voices in your head telling you wrong things!!", you added.
'Voice I my head?...', Itachi thought to himself, trying to remember the dream...then looked at you and nodded and said: "yes m'lady, I will not do that again".

"Itachi...despite everything that happened...and even before I know the truth...still thinking you're dangerous...I was already starting to love you, and I guess even if I still didn't know the truth, I'd still have loved you and I would have run away with you or whatever, just be with you, my heart wants you only... ", you said smiling and blushing, as your eyes looked into his.
"If I was like that...I would have kidnapped you and made you mine, you were meant to be with me one way or another..."
"Good boy...", you whispered with a smirk as well, as he then kissed you.

"Time to sleep sweetheart...", he said as you both felt sleepy, you stood up then entered the tent together, placing Tatsu in the middle of the sleeping pad as the two of you slept on each side beside him and covered yourselves with the blanket, holding each others' hands and enjoying your closeness and warmth.
