It was evening of the second day, you weren't exactly inside Konoha but somewhere else near it...
Itachi was standing near the edge of a high cliff watching the orange sun in the horizon as night was getting close, he was silent as he then looked down at the water running free, it was a beautiful day you have spent together as a family, but Itachi insisted to come here...and you knew the reason.
'I'm back Shisui...and I'm not alone...I'm no longer drown in deapair and darkness... everything is alright just as you told me it will be...', Itachi thought in his mind, stilling looking down at the water remembering that one last time he saw his best friend and cousin Shisui Uchiha before he left this world forever, the day Itachi got the Mangekyo Sharingan.

"Dad!", Itachi turned around hearing Tatsu calling him, seeing the little child a distance away holding your hand as you smiled slightly at him.

"Let's go back, dad", Tatsu said as Itachi nodded and smiled at him as he walked toward the two of you, "come here my son...", Itachi murmured as he bend down and opened his arms for the little boy who giggled and run to him, throwing himself into his dad's welcoming embrace.
Itachi closed his eyes as hugged Tatsu tight and savored every moment of it, he is not alone, he has a beautiful family, he looked up at you to see you smiling at them, he stood up again as both of you took each of Tatsu's hands in yours and started leaving with you as the sun was getting down slowly.

"Are you okay, Itachi?", you asked him as you two walked through the streets of the village, heading back to your inn after having dinner out in a restaurant, hou have noticed that he has been a bit too quiet ever since he went to that place where Shisui ended his life long ago, the past is probably haunting him again.
"Yes, I'm fine, we need to put Tatsu in his bed, he seems so sleepy", Itachi said with a smile looking at you then at the boy in his arm.

"Yes, he is tired, he played a lot today and didn't even take a nape", you said with a nod not wanting to talk more until you arrive to your destination.

You put Tatsu in his bed, you made sure everything is fine then walked back to your room, you stopped walking as you entered the bedroom, seeing Itachi stands up as soon as he saw you, with a gentle smile on his face.
"Itachi...if you want to talk, I will listen to you, I will always do it", you said softly as you approached him and stood right in front of him, gently caressing his face.
"No [name], I have already decided to leave the past behind, today, I made sure of that...", he said taking your hand, gently playing with the thin beautiful ring on it, the ring he placed there years ago, holding big wishes and love within it...
"If that's the case, I'm happy for you, Itachi", you smiled as he nodded, his eyes then lifted up from the ring to yours, looking into those pretty [e/c] eyes of yours.

"[Name] let's go up to the roof of the building", he said with a smirk surprising you with such a request as you gasped a little.

"The rooftop?"

"Yyes, tonight the moon is full, we will have a beautiful view of it, and over the whole village as well from there", he said still holding your hand as you smirked liking the idea.

"Something is on your mind Itachi, right?", "you'll figure that out later, now come on", he said taking your hand and walking toward the window, "but what's about Tatsu? Will we leave him alone?", you asked with a hint of worry in your voice, "come on [name], he will be fine...we are not going somewhere far we will know if anything happened, now come on", he said with a smirk winking at you, as then the two of you jumped out of the window together, then quickly and skillfully climbed up on the roof as he wanted.

"It is a beautiful view indeed!", you said with a wide smile looking around seeing the big moon up in the sky as you can see all of Konoha around and the hokage's stone faces...
"I seem like I will have to keep sneaking around to have some time alone with you", Itachi stated while sitting down on the as you giggled then sat beside him, resting your head on his shoulder and looking at the beautiful view in front of you, enjoying the cool breeze that blew softly.
"You're still very good at Chakra control", Itachi pointed out with a smirk looking at you as you giggled and nodded.
