"[name]?...", Itachi murmured, not surprised, since he already knows what he did...
You didn't say anything, just looked aside avoiding him while trying to push him backwards, you didn't want to do this but he should know he can't just act like nothing wrong happened.
You have been interrupted by a knock on the door, Itachi sighed as he let go of you and opened the door, as you walked towards the chair near the desk and sat on it.
"Good evening, I just thought that you would need some dinner after your training, so I brought these", Kisame said with a grin, handing Itachi the bag of snacks he brought with him, as Itachi thanked him.
"Oh and by the way, someone burnt dinner in the kitchen", Kisame added while Itachi sighed, yes it was him.
"That was me, I forgot about it and it got burnt, I will take care of that mess later", Itachi said as Kisame left.

"Come [name], let's eat", Itachi said, sitting on the floor and putting the food down in front of him. You watched him for a while, he has done you wrong, he said bad words to you but, but he still wants you, his eyes are full of regret and sorrow despite him trying to hide it, and he doesn't want to lose you.
You sat next to him and took a sandwich in your hands, you looked at him as you ate, it is tough for someone who has been acting emotionless and indifferent toward everything to control his feelings now after all this time, Itachi is almost perfect in every other way but...he also has flaws, he couldn't control his jealousy and anger when someone tried to have a move on you, he fought with Hidan and even you, he felt like his relationship with you can be threatened, he didn't pick up his words wisely, but you knew he wouldn't really mean hurt you.
A relationship is a work of two, and when a partner does a mistake, the other should try to correct it, in a nice way and not make it worst, like a piece of rubber held tight by two persons, when someone pulls on it, the other one should loosen up, otherwise it will cut and hurt the both of them so much.

Itachi was the one escalating, and you being the wise young lady you are, you knew you shouldn't add more fuel to the fire, making the problem bigger by being stubborn isn't gonna solve anything. You need to talk to him and explain to him how should things be between the two of you, not put a wall between you an him, you need to make him understand in a kind way, that he should trust you and know that you still need more support and practice, you failed to defend yourself against Hidan, but Itachi also failed to keep his temper and hold back his anger and jealousy.
The silence was killing him, is she still thinking about leaving? He can't let you go, he knows that, but what about your heart? He can't control that, you seem calm as you eat your food, why are you quite [name]? For the good or for the bad? What are you thinking? Why is it so hard to know what you think now?

You two finished eating, and he cleaned the floor and you got in the bathroom to change your clothes and brush your teeth. Everytime he had come to your house at village you treated him like a precious and a very dear person, but here he is, making you doubt your love for him, disrespecting you is not a way to make you strong...
You laid in bed, your head slightly hurting from that fight and over thinking, there is no need for medication, just some sleep and it will be fine, Itachi was in the bathroom taking a quick shower and thinking...
He walked out, seeing that you are still up, are you waiting for him?

He hesitated for a while to lay on his side of the bed, but as you lifted the covers and pat the spot beside you, he knew...he is still welcomed...
"Itachi...come here", you said, and so he nodded, and laid next to you, facing you and waiting for your words, the words he knows their healing effect on him and his soul.
"Itachi...I don't have to remind you of how much I love you, Itachi I can't hate you, or despise you. Itachi, you need to understand that I'm progressing slowly, no matter how fast I learn there is always flaws I need to work on, I would have stopped Hidan if I could, you said your reaction came out of jealousy, I understand that but dear, you need to keep that under control, especially when there is absolutely no need for it, you know...it's you that I love", he listened, he calmed down, hearing your soothing voice and feeling his anger and madness fade away...but, even if you say this, that doesn't mean it is okay, what he said wasn't appropriate, if it was someone else other than you, they must have had left him, or attacked him with words reminding him who he is, yet you here...trying to bring your relationship to the way it was...

"I was such a fool...I made you cry", he muttered, he made you cry and told you to stop it earlier as if your tears didn't mean anything to him, but now that he had calmed down he realised who brute he acted...
"I also shouldn't say I was leaving, Itachi I will not leave you, maybe I'd get upset or something but I will always care for you and be back to you", he looked at your face, seeing a small smile on your face, while some redness is still in your eyes from crying earlier.

"[name]...I don't deserve you", he said in regret, the man who slaughtered his clan and killed his parents with his own hands, now can't forgive himself for making you shed tears...you shook your head no.
"If there is anyone meant for me then it is you Itachi, I know this from my feelings and my dreams...no matter what happened, we shouldn't let go of each other", you caressed his cheek with your hand, while he closed his eyes and leaned more to your hand, enjoying your soft touch.
"Still, for now I'm not good enough for you", he muttered with a sigh, as you caressed his cheek more with your thumb.
"Not true, if so why you don't want me to leave? Itachi, take it easy, we both need to learn more, you need to control your emotions over me, and I need to become stronger, I agree with you on a point that we should change the way you train me, I want you to be tough with me during practice, but not mix it with other situations", you said, as he nodded, opening his eyes and looking at you.
"So, are we okay now?", you asked him with a soft smile, as he nodded muttering a faint yes.
How you do this [name]? Turning a situation from a fight into a sweet talk?

You laid down in your place facing him, he got closer, his forehead touching yours, with his eyes half-lidded. You brushed your fingers through his straight silky long hair, taking his red ponytail holder in the process letting his hair spread loose on the pillow, even if he Akatsuki would let you leave back to your house and old life and friends, what about him? Will you leave him alone again? Never.
"[name], I will not do that again", he murmured, as you kept stroking his hair gently.
"Don't make promises for now Itachi, I just want you to work more on that side, and take it easy", he nodded silently smiling slightly, as you just nodded, looking around at the room randomly...
