A few days had passed...
"Have you prepared everything you need?", Itachi asked, sitting on the bed watching you as you were preparing your stuff to head back to your village, he watched you with a smile noticing how excited you are, you haven't been there in a while, and also, this is your first visit there after having the Sharingan.
"Yes, I'm alsmot done, how about you Itachi?", you asked, taking out your kimono from the closet and unfolding it admiring its beauty, you miss wearing it.
"Well, I don't need much to pack, we will leave when you are ready", he replied with a gentle smile as you nodded, entering the bathroom to change your clothes.
Itachi loves it when you take off that cloak and put on your kimonos, it reminds him of the time when he first met you, [name][last name], the pretty innocent girl who stole his heart from the first sight, the lost Uchiha who doesn't know anything about blood and wars, the girl who has been able to read through his soul, and see the real him that no one else was able to see.

"Itachi?", he looked up at you, slightly flinching as he seemed to have zoned out a little, lost into deep thoughts.
"Yes sweetheart, are you ready?", he asked notcing that you have already put the kimono on.
"Yes but, are you okay? You seem a bit bothered or something...", you said, a bit of worry can be sensed in your voice as you looked into his black eyes.
"Well, yes I was thinking of something... but it is something good actually...", Itachi said with a smile.
"Can I know what were you thinking about?", you asked him.
"No [name], not now, but you will know soon enough", he said with a smirk noticing the pout on your face, something he really finds cute and funny to see.
"Fine...", you said with a sigh crossing your arms over your chest, as he kept staring at your eyes with a smirk that never left his lips...

"What?", you said noticing his smirk, still disappointed that he didn't tell you what was he thinking.

"You're beautiful, [name]", he said, lifting his hand up to your face then poking your puffed cheek as he chuckled, soon your frown turned into a smile mixed with giggles.

"You seem happy Itachi, maybe even happier than me!", you said stilling smiling.
"Of course I'm happy, after all, we are going back home", he said tucking a strand of hair behind your ear with a genuine smile on his face, while you gasped slightly, home?...

To you, it was so heartwarming that Itachi thinks of your village as his home now...
"Of course...our home", you muttered with a bright smile as you hugged him.
"Alright sweet [name], I guess it's time to leave now", he said as you nodded, you then grabbed your bag and headed outside with him.

It was noon, you were about to arrive to your village, it was only a few distance away, and so it was time for you and Itachi to part ways.
"Okay, Itachi I will wait for you at night as usual, okay?", you asked as you stood behind a tree with him, careful not to he spotted by someone, at least not for now.
"Yeah, but there is a little change in our plan this time", he said smirking as you tilted your head questioningly.
"What do you mean Itachi?", you asked rainsing an eyebrow.
"I will come pick you up from your house this evening, we will go somewhere, then I will drop you back home and then, we will do as usual, sneaking", he said with a bigger smirk as you gasped, feeling more curious.
"Where will we go Itachi? Please tell me!"
"Not now [name]. Alright, I guess lady Noriko will be so happy to see you again, time to get going, come on", he said with a chuckle, knowing how much you get pissed off when he changes the subject.
"Fine, but...", you were trying one last time.
"[name], let's go, we will see each other at evening", he said with a smile, taking your hand and starting to walk again, then letting you go first before he then followed shortly after.

After a very warm welcoming from lady Noriko as always, you have been sitting with her and talking, telling her about everything that happened with you, how are you doing, and of course about the Sharingan.
"I'm so sorry sweetheart you had to pass through such a hard time, I wish I could have been with you to support you...", she said with a sad voice as she gently stroked your head while you leaned against her shoulder, her touch is still as soft and warm and motherly as always, making you feel the stress go away.
"It's okay, I'm stronger now, and Itachi was with me and helped me get over it", you said lifting your head up off of her shoulder and looking up at her with a small smile as she placed a kiss on your forehead.
"Alright, but...I'm feeling bothered about this whole Akatsuki thing...I wish you could just get back here, and if Itachi wants to see you he can simply comes here", she said, gently stroking your hair again as you sighed then said:"I wish too, but it's not about Itachi you know, the organization threatened to attack us if I didn't join, and well, I prefer I go there than have this peaceful village ruined, after all, I'm becoming strong and I'm still able to make it here every now and then, right?", you said smiling slightly as she nodded with a small smile as well.

"Why didn't he come with you? He could have rested here too if he wanted to", lady Noriko said, slightly surprising you, it's okay she accepts your explanation for what Itachi did and all, but for her to ask him to come and rest, to care for him...
"I guess he likes to have some privacy, he is in the inn I guess, so don't worry", you said as she nodded and said:"well, since he is keeping his promise to keep you safe, and I still get to see you from time to time, I guess he also deserves some care and kindness toward him, right?", you giggled at her words and nodded, he is really trying his best, to train you but also to protect you, even though that other time his over jealousy has gone wrong.
"He will come at evening, and then you can show him some kindness", you said, waiting for what she is gonna say.
"Come at evening? Why?"
"We will go somewhere together...I don't really know what he is planning", you said, looking down at your hands, as she smiled, a date huh? after all this time? The lady chuckled at this thought.
"Alright, but be careful, I don't have to remind you to-"
"My lady! I told you he can't...", you whispered, interrupting her with a small blush on your face.
"Well I was actually gonna remind you to wear something thick because it's getting cold at night", she said with a laugh as you brushed more, then laughed as well the said:"thanks for the advice, I will wear a scarf".
