You spread the blanket under the tree and sat down with Tatsu and Itachi, then started setting the food ready to have lunch.
"Dad, where did you go with uncle?", Tatsu asked then took a bite from his onigiri, though you have told him quite sometimes that Itachi went with Sasuke to their village, and even Itachi explained to him before leaving, Tatsu wanted to hear from his dad about what happened.
"We went to the village we have been born and raised in, it is called Konoha, I went to visit your uncle's family, and guess what?", Itachi said with a chuckle eating some of his food from the bento box.
"What?", Tatsu asks rising his eyebrows waiting for Itachi to continue.
"He has a cute little daughter named Sarada, she's your cousin", Itachi said, causing you to smile heading that.
"Is she small?", Tatsu asked curiously.
"Yes, she still learning to talk though"
"Okay...", Tatsu said with a shrug as he continued to eat his food.
"But...I guess my son here is much cuter...", Itachi said with a smirk making Tatsu grin and laugh then hug Itachi while you sighed and smiled and just took another bite from your food seeing the happiness on both their faces.
"And I know you will become so strong, I'm proud of you son to keep mom safe while I was gone", Itachi said with a serious expression on his face as Tatsu grinned feeling proud of himself and nodded, as you were just watching them silently.

"Sweetheart? You're not eating, why?", you slightly flinched at Itachi's voice, he was looking at you with some concern in his eyes as he noticed you zooning out while staring at him and Tatsu together, you were just recalling memories of little Tatsu asking you about his father and the time you thought you'd never Itachi again...
"I'm really fine, I was just thinking", you said with a little smile, Tatsu looked at you confused as Itachi sighed then took some of his rice in his chopsticks and held it at your mouth for you to eat and he said: "this is really delicious, come on, open up and eat it, you're a very good cook, [name]", you smiled at the compliment as you opened your mouth and ate it as your cheeks slightly blushed, seeing the look Tatsu was giving the two of you. He was watching his dad caring for his mom as Itachi started to feed you his own food despite your protests, he was feeling the love and that he also have two parents that love each other and love him too as well, he noticed his dad share the food with his mom, making him learn the deep meaning of caring and love.

"Itachi! Enough! I'm stuffed!", you said with a muffled voice as your mouth was full of rice, pushing away Itachi's hand that was holding the chopsticks as he was still trying to feed you more.

"Uh, fine, hn", Itachi muttered with a sigh, giving up and eating the food instead of you while you were still munching on the food in your mouth, Tatsu was watching you with a grin when he also wanted to share some of his food with you two. Itachi was about to take another bite from his food when he felt a slight pull on his sleeve, looking down, he saw Tatsu holding his onigiri for Itachi to eat it.

"You also have to eat dad!", you chuckled at Tatsu's cute voice as you took a sip of water, while Itachi just looked at Tatsu confused at first, but then he smiled knowing what Tatsu is doing, "of course!", Itachi said with a smile taking a bite from the rice ball then pulling Tatsu close to him making him sit on his lap. 

"Do you want to have some food like mom?", he asked the little boy who grinned and nodded then opened his mouth making Itachi chuckle as he started to feed him and eating the onigiri Tatsu offered him. They were eating and chatting while you watched them happily, it is been only alsmot two months since Tatsu met Itachi, yet they seem like they have been together from the beginning.

Lunch was over, Tatsu went to try catch the rabbit around while you remained sitting on the blanket under the tree with Itachi, enjoying the serene and the sound of the leaves as the breeze gently blew through them.
"You seem really pleased and glad as you got back from Konoha, what happened exactly there?", you asked with a smile, looking at Itachi who was sitting beside you leaning back against the tree trunk and watching Tatsu playing, as he then turned to you and said with a smile:"everything went smoothly, at first they were shocked and surprised to see me alive, but after I explained things to them, they understood".
"And what's about your situation toward the leaf?", you asked with concern.
"The truth has been already revealed long ago...I went there mainly to let them know I'm alive and also, to expalin your situation [name], that you have never been a traitor and the circumstances that forced you to join the Akatsuki", he said as he looked at you while you nodded as continued: "I had nothing to lie about, everything I said to them made sense, now everything is cleared up, neither me nor you are considered rogue or missing anymore", he said making a big smile to appear on your lips.

"I see! You can go back there now without troubles anytime you want!", you said with a giggle as he nodded, "yeah, I was thinking to take you and Tatsu there for a visit soon", he said calmly hoping it won't trouble you, you smiled and thought about it for a while then said: "well, if everything is cleared up now and we won't get in troubles, and we will be all together there for a visit, I'm okay!" You said with a giggle remembering the time you spent there, by Naruto's company and Kakashi sensei, Shizune and Tsunade and the others, it will be kinda of weird to meet them again after all what happened, but also exciting.
"Alright, that's great, we will talk more about this later. Now...for my real reason to be pleased and happy that I'm back...come here", Itachi said with a smirk surprising you as he suddenly pulled you to his lap and wrapped his arms around you, Tatsu was still busy playing a distance away in front of you.
"I was so happy that I will finally be here with you and with Tatsu, that's why I'm so happy", he whispered as you leaned back against his chest while he held you close, "we missed you too, we were waiting for you so impatiently, and waiting for your letters and your coming back...", you said feeling him gently rest his chin on your head.
"I felt the same, I was thinking of you all the time, I was so eager to be back and be with you and be at home...", he said as he put a sweet kiss on your temple.

"Soon we will be home, Itachi", you said, smiling and looking at Tatsu, you can tell he was smiling even without seeing his face.

"Yes, but...I have a question"

"Yes, Itachi?!", you replied, looking up at him a bit confused.

"Is it just me or you just getting prettier and prettier every time I see you?!", he asked, smirking.
"Such a flirt", you said with a smile, blushing a little.
"Yes, for you, I'm not gonna deny it", he said simply, stealing a kiss from you, his smirk never left his face.
"And I like it...", you whispered smiling and blushing  you looked down and started fixing his collar randomly.
"Hey, I like you...", he whispered back, taking a strand of your hair in hands and staring to braid it randomly, as he seemed that he doesn't plan to stop flirting any sooner.
"You better stop, Tatsu is here!", you giggled at his mood, as he then bite his lip and looked again in your eyes.
"Don't blame me my dear, I can't hold back myself when I have such a beautiful exceptional amazing lady in my possession, as my wife...", he trailed off in that deep voice of his as you soon cut him off, your blushing getter darker.
"Tachi!!", you squeaked in a low voice, making him start to laugh amused by your cutness and your reaction to his flirting, then hugged you dearly as you did the same, while Tatsu was still trying to catch the rabbit long ears...
