You slowly opened your eyes waking up at the feels of something tickling your cheeks, you looked up to see Itachi looking at you with a smile as he caressed your cheeks gently with his thumb, there was still a bit of time for Itachi to stay with you before he leaves.
"I had left a copy of the keys of our house on your desk", he muttered as he kissed your forehead and you smiled warmly at him, your home's keys, but when you're not here, you need someone to check on the house every now and then, who else could be better for this than lady Noriko?
"Itachi? Can I leave them with lady Noriko when we are in the hideout?", you asked him, swirling a stand of his long hair around your finger as he nodded and said: "of course, that will be the case until we get married and you settle down there, because then I will be heading directly home to see my wife", you blushed and smiled, lowering your gaze and nodding shyly at him as he chuckled at your cuteness.
"Alright then love, I should leave now, I will see you at evening, okay?", he said passing his hand through your hair as you nodded, "okay, I will be waiting for you...".

You headed downstairs after Itachi left to find Noriko in the kitchen preparing breakfast, the smell was so delicious and irresistible, you're really blessed to have her, Itachi and yourself around with your best cooking skills.
"Good morning my lady!", you said with a giggle as you started to help her, she smiled and greeted you back, "good morning sweetheart, it seems you had a good time yesterday", she said noticing how happy you looked as she started setting the table, while you helped her with that, you nodded with a bright smile on your face as your cheeks turned an adorable shade of pink remembering what happened last night, and after a bit of hesitation, you decided to tell her.

"My lady...Itachi and I...well, he proposed...w-we've gotten engaged!", you said nervously but happily, feeling your cheeks heating up even more, as you held your hand for her to see the shiny pretty ring on your finger, you could see her eyes widen as she placed her hand on her mouth, to muffle a gasp maybe..
"Oh my...", was all she muttered, her eyes widening as she took your hand in hers and looked at your hand, no, you're not kidding...
She looked at you, your face, you're simply so happy, overjoyed, she looked more at the ring on your finger, you two have gotten to this point, she knows she can't hold you back or stop you, she...doesn't want to stand in the path of your love and life...
"Congratulations sweetheart...you have grown up into a beautiful young lady, and now you're about to get married the one you love, I'm glad I could have been with you through this...you deserve all the happiness of the world for your kind and sweet heart...", she said as some tears gathered in her eyes.

"I have been always seeing you as a little girl, until Itachi appeared in your life, he made me see how strong and mature you have gotten [name], and now...you're a fully grown woman...", she continued, remembering those times she raised you as a little girl, ever since you were a baby, after your parents died when you were little, and the time after it, seeing you growing up in front of her...and now, soon you will leave her...

"Thank you m'lady, but...don't cry, I will be always with you, besides we will take a while until we get married, we don't want to do this while we are still involved with the Akatsuki...", you said with a smile as you hugged her and she nodded, hugging you back as she placed her hand on your cheek and smiled brightly at you with a nod.
"As long as you are happy sweetheart, I will stand by your side, always know this my precious girl", she said as you giggled then sat down around the table, starting your breakfast.
"There is something else...", you said taking a sip from your warm cup of tea as the old lady rised her brows, which meant to speak everything.

"He got us a house", you said with a big smile as lady Noriko's eyes widened in astonishment, a house? Already?
"Dear, what did you just say?", she asked putting her own cup down and looking at you in confusion.
"A house...we will live in right after we get married, and it's just here in our village!", you said smiling as she just looked at you for a while before she smiled brightly at you, you will be close to her, and most importantly, you will be happy staying in your village with Itachi.
"I'd really want to see where my daughter is gonna live in the future", she said with a chuckle as you giggled and nodded in response.

"We will go there later for sure, after all, I told Itachi I'd leave the keys with you when we are not here", you said as she nodded, smiling as she thought of the Uchiha, he was misunderstood so badly, and he keeps proving to her his good intentions towards you, he surely loves you [name]...

But then, that question popped up in her head...

"Alright, everything seems okay for now, but what are you gonna do about his problem?", she asked you in a low voice, taking a bite from her food, what problem exactly? He has many...
"What do you mean my lady? The Akatsuki? Well he is thinking of a way to-", you started to explain but she quickly cut you off.
"No, I mean his other problem, the...impo..nce thing", she whispered making your face turn red as you remembered your lie, you had totally forgotten about it, but now here is lady Noriko reminding you of it.

"Okay then sweetheart, I will first go to the hospital to help, and when I'm back at midday we might go to see your house, okay?", she said with a smile, she seems excited about it.
"Yes, I guess I will just stay home until then", you said nodding at her as the two of you then continued your breakfast chatting more about the village and other things.
