"Alright Tatsu, open up!"

Tatsu giggled opening his mouth as you told him, while you held your fork with some salad in it to put in his mouth, he munched on it happily as you then ate some as well, he was still chewing on it when he pointed his finger to Itachi, making you two wonder what does he mean.
"Give dad some too", he said as he took another bite from it with his small fork, Itachi blinked at this, it seems that Tatsu isn't actually mad at him anymore for real, Itachi soon smiled at this while you smirked and nodded.
"Of course Tatsu, I even put cabbage in it for your dad", you said with a little grin as you held the fork at Itachi's mouth, looking at his eyes as he chew on it, cute, you couldn't help but to kiss his cheek, hearing a giggle coming from Tatsu as he watched you, good, he is happy, he knows now for sure, things are really alright between mom and dad.

You finished lunch and rested for a while, you took some photos for the memory, then you took your basket and started collecting medicinal herbs. Itachi and Tatsu joined you, you were showing your little child the herbs you need and explaing to him in a simple and brief way what they are used for, as he listened carefully and was trying to help you find them, but that was the case until that white rabbit appeared from the bushes a little distance away and took all of his attention.

"Mom...look!", you looked at where Tatsu was pointing to see the small animal, you chuckled and watched it as well then said while cutting an herb and putting it in your basket "it is cute, like you Tatsu", the little boy nodded happily then said with that irresistible look on his face: "can I get it?", you were a bit confused for a while, it is a wild animal and bringing it home isn't a good idea, and also it might ruin the herbs you have planted in your garden.
"No, you will have a cat soon don't forget that, but you can try to play with it for now", you said with a smile as Tatsu nodded and walked toward the rabbit slowly careful not to scare it, you then looked at Itachi noticing his silence, to find him busy making a flower crown from white daisy flowers.
"Is that for me, Itachi?!", you asked with bright smile as he chuckled at you and nodded, finishing it then placed it on your head as you giggled and touched it gently with your fingers.

"I have just a one and only [name]...", he said with a smirk as you blushed slightly, then looked aside to see Tatsu a distance away still trying to get close to the rabbit.

"Itachi...about Tatsu's sharingan...I don't want to involve him into fights and things like that too early, he is still too young, he doesn't even know anything about fights, and he will not handle using the Sharingan now...and also, I don't want to lose that beautiful innocent soul of him so early...", you said with some sadness in your voice as you looked at your child still trying to catch the little animal that seemed to enjoy playing with Tatsu, it was just running around while Tatsu chased it around.
"I know [name], this was something totally unexpected and unpredictable to happen now, he couldn't control his emotions seeing you in danger, as you said, he is still too little for this, we will teach him slowly about our clan and the ninja arts, he will learn through to time...as for his Sharingan, we should leave this aside and not talk to him about it until he is ready", Itachi said calmly then looked at you with a reassuring smile that made you feel relieved, he doesn't seem like he wants to push or force Tatsu to awaken his abilities, he seems like he wants things to happen the easiest way and spontaneously, it's a good thing he is back to help you raise your son, you nodded at him and continued to pick your herbs while keeping an eye on Tatsu.

"[Name]? Do you have work tomorrow?", Itachi asked as he was sitting close to you on the grass.

"Hm...no, my apprentices will take care of everything, I will be called in case there is an emergency or a complication", you said with a smile.

"You are teaching others I see"

"Yes, it's for the best, I will have less work and people will have a good medical care this way that will cover all their needs, I started doing this since I've been back because I wanted to spend more time with Tatsu as he grows up, but stiIl, I'm not teaching them medical ninjutsu or anything related to the ninja world", you said as Itachi nodded then looked at Tatsu who has been still trying to catch the rabbit, then stood up and went to help him with it.

Time to head back home had came, you have been preparing your things to head back when you noticed a cold wind starting to blow gently, "the weather changed quickly, it was sunny and warm but now it is getting cloudy and cold", you said standing up and looking up at the sky, seeing the clouds starting to cover the sky, when you felt a pull on the skirt of your kimono, looking down you saw Tatsu looking at you with a small frown on his face.

"Mom I'm cold...", he said as he held on the fabric of your clothes as you sighed, if you knew this would happen, you could have dressed him well or at least brought a jacket for him. Before you could say anything, Itachi took off his black cloak remianing in his long sleeved black shirt then bent down and wrapped the cloak around his child, "now you will not be cold", he said with a smile as Tatsu looked at him surprised while clutching on the warm cloak with both hands, the expression on his face soon trumed into a beautiful smile.
"What's about you, Itachi?", of course you were concerned about Itachi's well being, but to him, Tatsu's comfort comes first.
"I'm really fine sweetheart don't worry", he said smiling at you as he then picked up Tatsu in one arm and the basket containing the plates and blanket you brought in his other hand then said "now, let's bury back home before it starts raining". You nodded with a smile as you grabbed your basket with the medicinal herbs, watching Tatsu as he leaned his head on Itachi's shoulder with a sleepy look on his face, enjoying the warmth of the cloak and being carried by his dad, since he was tired from playing with that rabbit for a while.

"Let's get going now, Tatsu, try to sleep since you didn't take your nap today, we will wake you up once we are home", you said as the three of you then stated heading home, you and Itachi chatting and talking more through the way while enjoying the walk together.
