The break had come to an end and now you need to go back to the hideout, you had already made an appointment with Itachi to meet him outside the village as usual.

"Alright m'lady, I will come back again soon, so don't worry about me, okay?", you said with a smile as you were standing at the front door with her just about to leave.
"Okay my daughter, take care of yourself", she said with a sad look on her face as she hugged you, as you tried to comfort her and convince her that there is nothing to worry about.
"I will send you letters to reassure you that I am okay and to keep in touch with you, now goodbye", you said sliding the door open and stepping outside, but then let out a small gasp as you found him standing right in front of you, Itachi.

"Hello, my lady, I have a word with you if I may", he said in his deep and calm voice directing his speech to lady Noriko, as you just exchanged looks between the two of them, hopefully nothing bad happens now.
"I also want to talk with you, son", she said, looking at him then at you, and back at him.
"My lady, I want you to know, that I don't intend to harm [name] or let anyone hurt her, also, she is strong now, no need to worry about her constantly", he said, looking at the woman's blue eyes.
"I guess I have nothing I can do about it for now, [name] decided to go so she can protect the village and also...because she loves you, please let me ask you something...please keep her safe and most importantly...don't break her heart", she said in a pleading tone, looking into his eyes.
"As long as she is with me she is okay, now we shall leave, [name]", he said, as you walked up to him then looked back at lady Noriko, "it's gonna be okay my lady, I'll see you again so soon", you said with a smile, as she just sighed then smiled slightly at you and said:"take care of yourselves".

"Itachi, I didn't expect to see you there", you said, slightly surprised as he smiled the said:"I had to that for you", you smiled back and nodded as you thanked him,  walking further away from the village, hopefully Akane didn't see you this time.

You have been walking for a long while, from midday until evening, almost reaching one of the nearest villages around.
"Itachi, can we take a break?", you said seeing the sun color had started to turn orange.
"But [name], we will reach the next village soon, are you that tired? I can carry you there", you giggled at his words, shaking your head no as you held his hand and walked toward a nearby tree, with a stream running near of it.
"Itachi, I wanna just sit here for a while, the sun is still up, and I can tell you wanna rest as well", you said, sitting down on the grass and pulling him to sit down beside you, which he did, you grabbed your bag and opened it, then took out some pieces of colorful wagashi sweets.
"Come on, have some Itachi", you held the pieces for him to take, seeing the cute look on his face, his eyes slightly widening as he seemed to smell their scent.
"Thank you...", he murmured, taking a piece as you smiled at him, you then put them between the two of you and took one in your mouth as well, they tasted so sweet and were flavored in different fruity flavors, you wished there was some tea but still, this is not a picnic...
After the short break, the two of you resumed walking, until you arrived to the next village, you went to the inn and booked a room with two futons.
After having dinner in a nearby small local restaurant, you went back to your room, laying down on the futons to some rest, you talked for a while, but then had fallen asleep shortly after.

"Alright now, we are back", Itachi said as you two started climbing the long staircase, heading back to the hideout. This time you weren't afraid and startled like before, you have trained, and Itachi isn't acting weird and cold like the first time, he is the Itachi you know and love.
"We have a meeting in a short while, get ready [name]", he said as the two of you reached his room in the hideout.
