Chapter 136

The door has been closed as you three entered together, Itachi is home.

You were feeling so nervous, so happy, so confused, so mad at him... and lot of other emotions...
"What's your name my son?", Itachi smiled as he asked the little boy who has been still carried in his dad's arm, you noticed that Itachi is still don't know your son's name, he didn't even know he exists, this must gave a been a surprise to him when he got back, a beautiful surprise, seeing how well they are getting along already.

"My name is Tatsu!", Tatsu said in excitement, looking at Itachi with bright eyes, his wish to meet his dad had become true.

"That's beautiful, I believe one day you will become strong like a dragon", Itachi said smiling at the kid who nodded in agreement and replied: "mom always says that!", hearing this, Itachi nodded at the boy and looked at you, you have really been taking good care of your son...

"I will prepare dinner...", you said with a small smile as you walked to the kitchen, Itachi is not ready to stay away from you now, not after all the time you two has been apart and after all what you two had suffered.
"We are coming too, you might need help", Itachi said with a smile as he followed you to the kitchen. Hearing his voice and being close to him again was giving you that sweet feeling in your stomach mixed with nervousness and anxiety, but also, very upset at him.

He knows how you feel, it is not something easy for you to just accept the fact that he is alive and he is back after all this time and after that you confirmed his death, after...the way he left you, you passed through a hard time trying to get over it, to accept it and live with that truth... only for him to be back now suddenly.

He smiled as he put Tatsu down at the table, then took off his cloak and gloves and joined you in preparing the food.

You could feel his gaze is constantly upon you, you're not the only one who missed him and noticed that he became significantly more handsome, he also missed you and noticed how prettier you have become...

He still knows the place of each supply, he knows where you keep things, his fingers brushed against yours, and at that moment you flinched, no...this can't be real!!! You kept trying but that never happened, it was so real.

"Mom, do you need my help?", Tatsu asked  in his cute childish voice as he sat at the table, he previously promised you that if you play hide and seek with him one more time he'd help you with dinner, and even after his dad is back and the joy that came with that, Tatsu still remembers his small promise to you and wants to keep it.
"No sweetheart, you just sit there, just a little while and dinner will be ready, Itachi...I mean dad here is helping me", you said looking at your son with a smile, as he nodded in understanding, so his father's name is Itachi! 

Itachi was looking at you with a smile on his face, loving the way you've called him dad, your eyes met him for a while as your cheeks heated up, as you then turned around and continued cooking.
Being shy?

"Dad, yesterday was my third birthday, and my wish was to meet you!", Tatsu said excitedly as you have been sitting at the table with them both as you served the food. Yu have been quite, very quite and nervous as Itachi could easily noticed that in your slightly shaking hands.
"Well my son, you wish has been granted, and you will have to tell me everything about you and your school and friends later, okay?", Itachi said with a small chuckle as Tatsu nodded excitedly as he started to eat.
"Itachi...we need to talk later", you said to Itachi quietly, not wanting to catch Tatsus attention, the older Uchiha brother nodded, he also has a lot to ask you and talk to you about.
"Yes my love", he said calmly, putting his hand onto yours as you blushed more, love? It is been a while... your eyes have been staring into his black ones as you couldn't help yourself but to keep wondering...is this really Itachi with you?

You snapped out of it hearing a cute giggle from your son, you looked at him to see him looking at you and Itachi, "your face is red mom!", he said, apparently happy to be with his parents together for the first time in his life, you smiled nervously at your child, well it seems you still need to get used to being with both him and Itachi together around you.
"She is very beautiful, right Tatsu?", Itachi said as you slipped your hand from his embarrassed, as the child nodded with a giggle and continued to eat his dinner, as a small smile has been carved on your lips.

"Dad, please don't go again, mom used to cry every time I asked her about you, I dont want to see her cry again", Tatsu said after a while of silence, he remembered the tears he saw in your eyes every time he mentions his father, your muffled sobs at nights that used to wake him up sometimes, the little boy wished he'd never see them again.

"I will never leave you two again son...", Itachi said calmly but seriously as he looked at you, seeing you eating quietly as you avoided to comment on this, he didn't need go hear it from Tatsu, he knows that the pain he caused you was huge.

That dinner, was the second dinner you had with Itachi after your wedding dinner...it is been years, and now, you weren't just you two, but here is a cute son with you...

"Alright Tatsu, time to go to bed", you said as you took your son to his room after dinner, even though he wanted to stay up more but he knew you wouldn't let him and also he felt so sleepy.

He got in bed as you pulled the covers on him and sat beside him, gently stroking his head as you then leaned in putting a kiss on his forehead, "goodnight, my Tatsu", you whispered to him with a smile as he reached for your face kissing your cheek and wishing you a goodnight as well, looking at you with his sleepy black eyes as he looked to your side with a smile at Itachi.

"Goodnight, son", Itachi said gently as he leaned in and put a kiss on Tatsu's forehead as well, you watched them with a small smile, then turned off the lights and left the room along with Itachi.

Now it's only you and him, now you want answers, explanations, and all those questions that has been driving you insane to be answered.
