"Who are you?", you asked still on your guard, trying to keep your cool and not show this Itachi any hints that you're afraid.
"I'm Itachi, [name]", he said calmly, advancing more towards you as you stepped back, leaving more space between you two.
"You can't fool me, what is the place? How did I come here?! And who exactly are you?! I know you're the one behind this mess!", you said, gladly able to activate your Sharingan, still can't perform any jutsu.
"Hm...I guess it will be much fun if you know the rules of our game, dear [name]...I will tell you...and then I will give you a little anount of time to try to escape, something like...hide and seek, then if you still remain here...", he trailed off, his smirk getting bigger.
"Speak!", you yelled, clutching your hands into fists.
"I am...Itachi Uchiha...or rather...his side you don't want to meet...the side he kept hidden from you...", he said calmly, his smirk disappearing as his face expression turning into a cold and emotionless one.

'His...dark side...', you thought, a bad feeling overwhelming you.
"You came here the moment your beloved one opened the cursed forgotten scroll hidden at the Naka shrine, created by black Zetsu...once he looked into it, the scroll was able to enter his mind and create a parallel world, something like a genjutsu created by Itachi himself...a world of darkness and fear, where I, a reincarnation of his hatred and darkness dominate...a place where everything is connected to his dark side and emotions, a reflection to them...", the dark Itachi said advancing more towards you while you were still trying to analyze the situation, so it all happened because of a certain scroll, now Itachi's dark side has been released and you have to deal with it, you have to find an exit before he does something bad to you...

"What will you do to me? Why am I here?!", you asked seeing the smirk on his face getting wider, "to play with you...[name], your whole relationship with Itachi was a mistake! That day you've met him you should have just run away, ignore him, or just die!!! You shouldn't have gotten involved, and now, you will pay for it, pay so dearly for it...", he said with a slight chuckle, apparently all what he was trying to do at the moment is play with your feelings, and try to manipulate your mind...
"And what will you do about it?! Where is the real Itachi?!", you asked, feeling your heart racing fast in your chest.
"I will give you a little time to go and try to escape...oh...and it seems your beloved one had came as well...go now, precious [name]...do your best, don't waste a second...because if you do, you will regret everything...", he said before he disappeared into a bunch of crows, not giving you time to try and find out more...you fell to the ground on your knees panting, he was scary, the dark look on his face and the way he speaks, it was all creepy, you know he is not Itachi, but he knows a lot, even things you don't know, and he said it clearly, he wants to harm you.

"[NAME]!!!", Itachi called out loud as he walked through the dark thick forest, after the teleportation he found himself alone, in a world of illusions, the sky is dark with a red shade over it, he can feel your presence...but where exactly? Are you safe?
He climbed on a high tree, taking a look around, he noticed that he was already close to leave this thick forest, some shapes of building seem to be a distance away...a village maybe, but he can't tell which one it is, could you be there? He needs to go and check it out by himself!

"ITACHI?", you called running through the streets, if he is here as the dark Itachi told you, where could he be? Could it be that he just lied to you to confuse you more? 

You stopped walking, panting for a while, you thought for a moment, maybe you should leave marks and hints behind you...at least he will know the path you've taken once he finds them, and so he can get to you. This world is not real and made out of illusions, and it is being manipulated by the dark Itachi you've met, you have noticed that your footprints disappear immediately after you walk, nothing here seems to he real and stable and lasting, the buildings and streets keeps changing and shuffling, you're just walking down the streets of Konoha when suddenly you find yourself at your village...as if someone is playing with you...as if you have been put through a constantly changing maze...
But you're real...and you know this, and he can't manipulate you or things that belongs to you, you decided yo keep walking and searching despite the chaos around you.

"[NAME]!!!", Itachi called again as he entered the place that seemed like a village, Konoha or [name]'s village? He can't tell exactly...it is so confusing...a mixture between the two of them.
He stopped for a while, recieving no answer for his calls and if the place seems empty and abandoned, he noticed that he is feeling more tired than usual even though he doesn't do anything significant, as if his chakra and stamina is being sucked and absorbed by something...

"I told you...[name] and the child would have been better without you, in fact...it would have been even better if you just died long ago...", Itachi gasped as his eyes widened hearing the voice speaking to him from behind, it is the same voice he heard in that nightmare...although now, he knows very well to whom belongs this voice, it is his own voice....

He turned quickly around and he was shocked to see his own self standing a distance away, with a dark look on his face, who's this?
"Who are you? And where did you take [name]?!", Itachi said calmly, narrowing his eyes at the man in front of him resembling him, looking like his old self, the one drown into darkness...
"[Name]'s destiny is to die ever since she met you, and I will make sure of that...", the dark Itachi said in a cool voice, no emotions can be seen on his face.
"I don't play mind games...tell me where she is...or else...", Itachi said in a menacing voice, aware of his inability to use ninjutsu, still willing to take his dark self no matter how.
"Killing me means killing yourself...after all...we are one", the dark Itachi said calmly with a smirk noticing the state of alert and readiness Itachi had taken.
"You are not me, you're not even part of me, I have nothing to do with you"
"Of course you have, I'm your bad side...that the scroll released, here in this world of chaos, you and [name] will find out the truth of your emotions, and your so called love...we will see how long will you survive...", the dark Itachi said with a wicked smirk.
"I will ask one last time, where is she?!", Itachi asked withdrawing a kunai.
"We are playing some sort of hide and seek game, she is trying to find you, she is cute...but once I get bored, I will get rid of her...", the dark Itachi said with a chuckle, as Itachi gritted his teeth, what could be worse than facing himself?
"Not if I find her first", Itachi said.
"That would be great actually, adding more fun to the game!", Itachi dark side said with a smirk.
"Shut your mouth, once I find her you will no longer exist"
"As I said, think about it wisely, killing me will result in your death"
"I'm not you...and even if that's true...I will not hesitate to sacrifice myself for [name]", Itachi said, a sweat rolling down his temple, this place seems to keep absorbing his energy.

"Oh, getting tired already?", Itachi looked at his dark side seeing him smirking more.
"None of your business"
"Fine, but let me give you a tip...this world here doesn't come out of nothing...what keep it, is your own chakra and stamina...once you run out of them, you will die, and this world will collapse, taking the other two out with you as well", Itachi's dark side said, taking a few steps backwards getting ready to leave, as Itachi thought of you two, '[name]...Sasuke...', it makes sense...the scrolls absorbed his energy to create this world...he better find you and Sasuke soon and leave his world before he reaches a point when he can't take it anymore.
"Do your best...and don't forget to hurry...time is precious...and you have few of it...", Itachi's dark side said, then soon he faded away...leaving your husband alone there, still confused whatever to believe what his dark side said or not...one thing for sure, he needs to save you.
