You have been silent as you watched the lake together, feeling him rest his cjin on your head a little bit, many questions kept reacting themselves in your head...
What's the goal of this relationship? Meet him, talk with him, share things with him, then what? Is there a future for you together? Your conditions are very different, he is still a member of the organization named Akatsuki, on the other hand you are living in a peaceful village away from the shinobi nations, and you had just recently knew who you truly are and knew about your unawakened abilities...
You sighed closing your eyes, sliding your fingers in between his own as he smiled and intertwined your fingers together, looking at the bracelet sparkles on your wrist.
You said you want to stand by his side, and that means you will do whatever is needed to, but...what will you do if this promise costs you to leave your village one day and become like him?
'I don't care...there is always a solution somewhere...'
You thought to yourself, as a small smile made its was to your lips.

"[name], have you memorized and mastered what we have talked about last time? Seals and chakra control?", he asked you, in a stern voice as you quickly lifted your head off of his shoulder, and looked up at him with determination on your face then said:"yes! I was waiting for you to ask this! You wanna see?"

He smirked, rising an eyebrow notcing your excitement then said as if doubting you:"really?"

"Yes!"

"Okay then, I trust you [name]", he replied with an eye-clsoed smile.

"What? You don't want to test me?", you asked, confused and surprised.

"[Name], we will practice this more some other time, I just wanted to make sure you are still focused on your goal, also...I came here, to see you and spend some nice time with you, we might dedicate a day for training later if you want to", you were a bit disappointed until he said the last part, a day for training, by him!

"Really??!! You will help me train?!", you squeaked out as you threw yourself over him hugging him tight with a giggle, as he just sighed and closed his eyes, smiling slightly.

"Itachi?", you asked, pulling back from ybe hug and looking at him as he hummed in response.
"You told me quite sometimes to be careful, I wonder...what you mean exactly?", you asked and he remained silent for a while, just staring at your face as the breeze moved your hair and bangs slightly, so beautiful.
"[name], you're meeting with me, not everyone else sees me the way you do, also, being an Uchiha makes you a potential target for several persons and groups", he said in a serious voice.
"I know this, but I want to know...who in person, I need names, descriptions, to be more careful", you insisted a bit more.
"I don't want you to be worried and anxious all the time, but, I guess I should at least clarify a bunch of things"
"I hear you", you nodded.

"You will be haunted by the Akatsuki for sure if they find out you're an Uchiha, to use you for their favor. My brother Sasuke, he will come after you in case he finds out we're seeing each other, he might kill you to pay me back for what happened, or... you, being the last Uchiha female survived, he might do something else, restore the clan with you, and you know what does that mean [name]", he added, as you pouted and blushed slightly looking away clutching a bit on the fabric of your kimono, if you ever wanted to do that...you want it to be with Itachi, no someone else...

"Also, there is Orochimaru, someone who is obsessed with obtaining the Uchiha power", he said, sliding his fingers through the smooth locks of your hair.
"And don't forget, you have been in the hidden leaf for a while learning medical ninjtsu, if they find out I'm seeing you, then it would be a trouble, you will be considered, a traitor, and so, they will either capture you and put you in jail and try to get informations from you about me, or else, just kill you", you sighed, he is right, Itachi's reputation is really bad there...
"That's why [name] I always ask you to be more careful, and that's why I want our meetings to remain in secret", you nodded with a sigh, he wasn't just making things up, you might be in a potential danger if any of the people he mentioned found out about you and him.

"In addition to that, [name], there is those random criminals who might just attack you", he added causing you to gasp and ask him 'why?'
"Look at yourself [name], you're so beautiful, some might not even need another reason to attack you, and violate you, you might be safe in your village or near it but further on, the world gets cruel", he said, remembering the day you have been attacked at night, when you were on your way to Konoha.
Hearing this, you remembered that night as well, and even remembered when you asked Itachi if he was the one who saved yet he didn't admit it, but also didn't deny it either.
"Itachi, it was you who saved me that night on the way to Konoha, I know it", you said, smiling while he just kept looking at your face, before nodding at you with a yes.
"Itachi, that's why I want to learn and train and become strong...I wanna...protect myself and others and even help you if needed", you said causing a smile to appear on his face as he said:"you will become stronger".

It's been time to head back, you were near the entrance of your village as Itachi had accompanied you there.
"Itachi, before I go there is something I want to tell you", you said smiling.
"Yes [name]?".
"Next week we have a festival, Friday's night, there will be a lot of things to do, and I really want you to come, and be with me, I know you said we should keep our meetings a secret but no one here knows you, and I won't reveal your identity to anyone, only me and Noriko know who you are", you said hoping he'd say yes.
"Alright, I will try to be there", he said with a sigh.
"Try? Why? What is it?", you frowned.
"I might have a long mission, anyway I will do my best to come", he said smiling slightly, "okay", you said with a slight pout.
"Alright [name], take care of yourself...", he murmured, leaning in and putting sweet kiss on your temple.
"Take care of yourself too, Itachi", you muttered with a cute blush on your face as he nodded, and then you walked up to your village's entrance and entered while he left.

It was all going well and smooth, you and Itachi seemed to find your comfort in being with each other, forgetting about the others and everything else, but...will things be in your favor forever? Seems kinda of impossible, you two have to do something to strengthen and protect your relationship before something bad might happen and ruin everything.
