After several days of travel, you stopped in the middle of the forest, there are two paths ahead of you, one that leads you back to some villages and then your own village and home, and the other one leading to the place where the tree is located. You were just looking around and thinking, recalling some memories from the past, Itachi took your hand in his, you looked at him and he smiled reassuringly for you to continue walking, of course in the direction leading to that tree.

It was already evening, and gladly it wasn't a rainy night. Unlike the time when you went there with Itachi and Kisame, when you barely used to know the two men, and you slept in the open, this time you are camping as a family. To Itachi, yours and Tatsu's safely and comfort comes first, he really enjoyed being with the two of you.

"Tatsu had already slept...", Itachi said calmly looking at the little child who fell asleep in you lap, of course he was tired from running around all day, you nodded at him, gently passing your hand on Tatsu's silky hair, then looking up at the sky while hearing an owl hooting on a tree nearby.

"Itachi, this is the same place we spent the night in, me, you and Kisame on our way to the tree, that night you told me to sleep beside you so you watch me if I tries to escape or go walk around", you said with a smile, letting out a soft giggle and looking at the fire flames dancing in front if you.
"Yes it is..tomorrow we will be reaching that gloomy forest, and if we make it through it in time, we will be at the tree's place by evening", Itachi said, feeling you lean against him, as he then wrapped his arm around you holding you close.
"It will be fine, I know it. By the way...the moon is alsmot full...", you said, feeling a strand of his hair tickling your forehead.
"Yes, tomorrow the moon will be full...and though the tree will not bloom, it still will be a perfect opportunity for us to try and live those moments again", he said looking down at you, seeing you blush as you smiled, you can never forget that night...

You didn't say anything, you took his hand in yours and intertwined your fingers together, you looked up at him and looked into his eyes. Here you are, sitting next to him having  a beautiful child together, no obstacles between the two of you, you brought his hand to your lips and gently laid a kiss on it, he was speechless...the hand that once killed several people, is now giving a kiss by you, [name], the most beautiful and sweet girl he met...
His reply to your gesture didn't take long as he quickly kissed your hand as well, and then quickly he pulled you into a hug as he kissed you.
"....I love you...", he whispered, still close to you as he held your face in palms, "there is no limit for my love for you", you said in low voice, as he pulled you to his chest, enjoying the closeness and being with the one he truely loves, until the two of you felt the need to go lay down in your tent.

Next day...

After more walking, you have been standing at the entrance of the gloomy forest, still looks the same way as before, it was...dark and foggy, and full with dangerous hungry creatures inside...you looked at Tatsu to see what's his reaction, he seems a bit worried, but also curious and calm.

"Let's go", Itachi said as you both held each of Tatsu's hands and walked further inside, having that feeling again in you, anxiety and alert. Itachi was as calm as always, back then when he was under the effect of the scroll, he couldn't use ninjutsu to fight, nothing, just a total mess of darkness where his dark side rules around, but here he is at his full strength and capacity, he won't waste a second to wipe out everything if you and Tatsu are threatened.

You walked in further through the thick silent forest, you still remember that time those dead hands appeared from the ground and held you and started pulling you down, you thought it was the end, luckily Itachi and Kisame managed to save you. You were now more worried about Tatsu, if the monsters can still recognize you and Itachi, they might not accept the child as he wasn't there with you by that time.

The three of you stopped once a familair giant black spider came down from a tree landing on the ground making loud thud, as it was pretty heavy. You could hear a sizzling sound as the poison dripped from its fangs on the ground, it didn't move, just watched you with its red eyes as if trying to recognize you. You looked down at Tatsu to see his reaction and also to make a plan to take him away in case you have been attacked, the little Uchiha boy was just looking at the giant creature with curious eyes while holding yours and Itachi's hands firmly.

"Are you afraid? Tatsu?", Itachi asked his son noticing how he kept staring at the spider, a yes is a normal anwaser for a child his age. Tatsu just shook his head:"a little...it doesn't want to hurt us dad", he said with a little smile, when you first saw the spider, all you have thought about was run away and leave this place as fast as you can, but Tatsu with his childish pure heart thought otherwise and was able to feel the creature...
"[Name], don't over worry, I'm here", you looked to your side hearing Itachi's voice and seeing him smile at you, you nodded, and just as expect, the spider then turned around and left, unblocking your path.

"I guess we are still welcomed here", you said as the three of you resumed walking. The trees are still thick and tangled as before, barely any sunlight is infiltrating the place through the branches, you can hear the sounds of the other creatures crawling and hiding nearby in the darkness, maybe if you haven't saved that wolf and child long ago, they would have eaten you...

Tatsu hasn't been attacked, thinking about it, the child is not considered a stranger to them as well, he is yours and Itachi's son, taking after the both of you.
As you went more further inside the forest, it was getting darker and thicker, it wasn't as scaring as before, now you're trained, you know you can protect yourself and your child, and also, you have already passed through all if this.
As a light appeared in the other end ahead of you, you started to hear someone humming a song...and you knew this voice, the spiritual woman living in the fountain, back then when you first came here she was crying, and later you found out it was about her lost child, but now she is singing, she seems happy.

You walked closer, as her fountain was also located near the exit of this forest, you can hear her voice mixing with the sound of water trickling nearby...
"That's her...", Itachi muttered as you nodded, the path ahead of you to the exit seemed safe, it wasn't necessary to go see the woman again, yet...you decided to go, talk to her and ask her something...
