Several months had passed...

You have become even more stronger, finished your planned training with Itachi but always learning more from him, deepened your medical knowledge to a high level, mastered the ninja skills, and beside your fire style and the Sharingan, you have also mastered the wind style.
You have been back to missions, but only with Itachi and Kisame, as for the other members you heal them at the hideout only and make pills from them to take during missions, you also take the missions for your own advantage, to learn more and gain more knowledge, you don't attack or kill, you actually try to help whenever you can.

You have been on your way back from a mission with Itachi and Kisame, you were alone heading to the meeting point where you were supposed to meet up with the two of them and head back to the hideout all together. "STOP AKATSUKI!!", you stopped as you heard this, still didn't turn around, the voice is familiar...very loud and familiar...

You didn't say anything or turn around, you just held more on your straw hat to prevent your face from being revealed, as you started to run away and jumping between the trees trying to make him lose sight of you.
"What?!", you gasped loudly as the pink haired girl, Sakura appeared in front of you out of nowhere yelling, directing a punch to you that you easily managed to dodge, as she then landed behind you on the ground, while you stood on a branch to catch your breath. They have been tracking you down for a while, you didn't want to hurt them but...your heart was breaking down as you met with them, you never wished this day would come...the day you face your once used to be friends...but your promise to Itachi to be by his side, you being a member of the Akatsuki, these reasons and others didn't leave you another choice..

"WHO ARE YOU?! SHOW YOUR FACE!!", you bite your lip hearing Naruto shout loud at you, as he stood down beside Sakura who seemed to have twisted her ankle, you sighed deeply, you didn't want to tell them, but...until when you will be able to hide your identity?
You didn't even know why you did it, maybe you hated to keep running away from the truth, after all they will know sooner or later, you slowly lifted your hand up and took off your straw hat and looked at them, noticing the shocked look on both their faces.

"Please go, I don't want to fight you", you said calmly, yet sadness was clear in your voice and on your face as you looked at them, Itachi and Kisame might be on their way to you, and if they also got to fight them, the results would be bad.
"[n-name]?...w...what are you doing?...", Naruto asked with a blank expression on his face. Of course he remembers you, he remembers the sweet and innocent [name] who once came to their village to learn more about the medical knowledge and ninjutsu...how did you become a member of the Akatsuki?

"[NAME]!!! WHY DID YOU DO THIS??!! WHY DID YOU FOOL US?!! WE TRUSTED YOU!!", Naruto shouted angrily clutching his hands into fists gritting his teeth, you didn't say anything, it's so complicated, you can't explain, even if you do what's the point of it? You will put your village in danger by betraying the Akatsuki.
You decided to just avoid a direct fight with them, but just before you can start running again, Sakura had already healed her ankle and jumped at you directing her fist at you as you dodged it again and jumped down to the ground, Naruto took the chance to make more shadow clones surrounding the area to stop you from running away, Sakura throw some paperbombs attached to kunais at you, a loud explosion has been heard but once the smoke cleared, you weren't there.

You were standing near a tree panting after using a substitution jutsu to escape the explosion, before you can even catch your breath Sakura had spotted you and before you can even do anything about it, you have been sent flying backwards with her punch making you hit a tree, that its trunk had cracked from the strength of her hit.
"Sakura! Don't let her escape!!", Naruto yelled as he already made a rasengan and started running to you to finish you off as Sakura moved away from his path, he then landed the attack on you, making you scream loudly in pain as blood came out of your mouth, then you fell unconscious on the ground as he panted...

"Sakura!!! Sakura!!! Snap out of it!!"

The pinkette finally started to get back to reality, after Kakashi managed to use some chakra to help her break free from the genjutsu you have placed her under, the whole battle...was just a genjutsu.
"What happened?!", she managed to ask as she fell on her knees weakly to the ground panting, feeling terribly exhausted.
"You two have been fighting each other, can't I trust you two to be alone for a while?", Kakashi said clearly disappointed as he looked at Naruto who has been sitting on the ground with Yamato and Sai who tried to help him recover.
You have put them under the same illusion, for Naruto, he was fighting Sakura thinking it's you, while Sakura was attacking Naruto also thinking he was you as well.
"Sorry...", Naruto said with a sad look on his face as he stood up and zipped up his jacket.

Kakashi sighed, then said: "you two have been put under a genjutsu by the same person since it made you face each other instead of the person itself, what happened? Who did you meet?!", Kakashi asked them narrowing his only visible eye as he crossed his arms over his chest, expecting it to be Itachi maybe, unaware of the surprise that awaits for him.

"It was...", Sakura trailed off in a low voice, looking at the bruises and scratches she got from Naruto, these will take a while to be healed.
"[name]...", Naruto finished her sentence in a low voice full of sorrow and regret, as Kakashi gasped, his eye widening in shock.

"What are you two talking about?", Kakashi asked as Yamato and Sai listened silently, this is impossible!! The girl barely knows anything about the ninja world, how can she put the two of them under a genjutsu simultaneously that easily? They must be mistaken her for someone else...
"It was her for sure, and she...she has the Sharingan, that's how she got us...we didn't even realize we were being manipulated by her...", Sakura said tightening her fists, a feels of disappointment and failure overwhelming her...
Kakashi was silent, this is more than what he expected...first [name] is the mysterious Akatsuki member, and now she is...an Uchiha? How could it be?
Wait...back when they got the photos of her, she was with Kisame and Itachi...why would Itachi let her live? And even be partnered with her? Why didn't he kill her with the rest of the clan? And why they never saw her in the hidden leaf before? Who is she exactly?
Something wrong is happening...
Something big is missing...
"What should we do now Kakashi? Head back or pursue her?", Yamato asked Kakashi who was lost in deep thoughts.

"I don't know...", was all he said looking at the ground still thinking of what he had just heard.

You have gotten away, a safe distance from the leaf ninjas. You sat on a branch of a tree catching your breath, you closed your eyes and took a deep breath, good, no one is following you for now, but hopefully you meet Itachi and Kisame soon.
You opened your satchel and grabbed a piece of sweet and put it in your mouth, good you keep these things with you, no need for a pill, you're not so exhausted, just a few minutes and you will continued your search for your partners.

You took a look at the scrolls you have got, interesting...maybe you can use these informations for your own good, to develop your skills even more, well...you will think more about this later, now you need to continued your way.
