Damien:

Zöe sat next to me, beside Chiron's desk, wringing her hands in her lap and biting her lip- as the old centaur paced the room- his face grave. “We really have no choice but to try and track Charlie...” He was saying. “Find something of his, and get one of our Hectate campers to put a tracking spell on it.”

Zöe stood up abruptly. “Well then let's do that. Right now. Lets go.”

Chiron smiled sadly and put a hand on her shoulder. “Patience, young Zöe, you're just like your brother. Eager to get things done and risk yourself to save the world, but you must wait.” He let go of her shoulder and gestured for her to take a seat.

Zöe fell back into the seat dramatically, making an impatient sound. “This isn't about saving the world Chiron, it's about saving Charlie. Percy's SON.” She let out a frustrated growl. “Why wait? We need to go now!” I put a hand on her knee and she turned to glance at me, her eyes were blazing with sadness and frustration.

“Zöe.” Chiron said calmly. “I need to contact the right people. Get some... Old campers to help me out. Leo Valdez and Nico Di Angelo, and Damien's parents. They'll be the right people for the job. Not Percy and Annabeth- they're under too much stress as it is. I can't send you children out there either, whatever- or whoever has took your nephew, is something very dangerous. A force to be reckoned with.”

Zöe stood again, slamming her chair back against the wall. “You're saying we can't even help look for him? He's MY nephew.” She cried, “and it's my fault he's gone!”

Chiron looked panicked. “Zöe, it isn't...” But she was already storming out, and running down the hall.

I stood up, and shot Chiron an apologetic glance. “I... Er... Better go after her. She's in a... bad state at the moment.” I was already heading for the door.

“I understand.” Chiron said, his eyes distant. “She really is, you know, like her brother.”
