Chapter 65

'I can't believe this is the last day of filming. Only two more scenes and then it's done.' Gwil says when the four are in the car on their way to the set.
The others nod in agreement. 
Rami chuckles. 'Someone of us is going to cry. I can already tell that.'
The others laugh at that, knowing it's true.
'Oh definitely. And it's gonna be Joe.' Gwil says teasingly.
Joe looks at him offended. 'Hey! Don't say that. Now I look like a crybaby.'
Ben giggles. 'Sorry honey, but it's true. You're an easy cryer. I bet I can make you cry before we get to the set.'
Gwil and Rami grin at the two in the backseat.
'Well then you should hurry up Ben. We'll be there in 4 minutes.' Rami says, who's behind the wheel.
'Challenge accepted.' Ben says with a grin. He takes both of Joe's hands, and scoots a little closer to him.
Joe takes a deep breath, getting ready not to cry.
'My sweet, sweet Joey. I am so grateful to sit here next to you now. You always know exactly how I feel. You made sure I have my father back in my life. You made me want to keep fighting for my life. My life has never been so perfect. You're it for me. My happily ever after. And I can't wait for us to move together. I love you.' With a big smile, Ben gives Joe a kiss.
When they pull away Ben sees tears in Joe's eyes. 'See? Easy cryer.' He says with a grin.
Rami and Gwil smile at the two of them.
'He got you there, Joe. And before we even got to the set.' Gwil says with a grin.
'Dang it.' Joe rolls his eyes and wipes his tears. A soft giggle escapes his mouth.
'Get yourself together guys, we arrived at the set. You can cry again after wrapping.'
Rami says with a grin.

As soon as Joe sees what Ben's outfit of today is, he knows it will be hard for him to focus. The last scene he has to film today is with the other three boys.
But Ben is wearing a very tight shirt, so all his muscles are very clearly visible.
After messing up his lines a few times, Joe finally gets himself to focus to deliver the lines well. 

Once they have filmed the last scene, the boys get a five-minute break, so the director can check if this take was a good one.
Joe goes to his trailer to fix his wig and drink some water. When he looks in the mirror his eyes widen. 
Surprised and yet also with a big smile, he looks at his neck.
There are purple spots all over his neck where Ben kissed him this morning. His skin is full of hickies.
Joe chuckles when he feels the butterflies in his stomach. He is startled by a knock on the door of his trailer. He opens the door and sees Gwil standing in the doorway. Quickly, he covers up his neck with his hand.
'Hey Joe, uhm Dexter want to do one more take. I had to go get you.' Gwil says with a smile.
'Oh right. I'm coming.' The ginger says before following his friend.

After all scenes have been filmed, the director calls everyone together. 'Okay guys, it's officially a wrap! We'll save the speeches for the after party, as Brian and Roger cannot be there today. But I still want to say to you that I've never had such a close cast. You guys were really great to work with. God bless you!' 
The whole cast and crew are starting to clap and cheer.

When the four boys are on their way to the car, Gwil asks: 'Shall the four of us go out for dinner tonight? To celebrate the end of filming.'
Ben shakes his head. 'Sorry I can't. I have my first appointment with my therapist.' He says softly. 'But you guys can go?'
Gwil and Rami nod. 'Okay then. Joe?'
Joe nods. 'Okay, sounds fun. But call me if there is anything wrong, okay?' He says to Ben.
The boy nods with reassuring smile. He gives Joe a sweet kiss. 'Have fun Blanket.'

And so Ben calls a taxi to take him to his therapist.
When he gets there, he anxiously sits down in the waiting room until it is time for his session to begin. 
He gets up with a fake smile when a young, blonde woman calls his name.
'Hi Ben, I'm Amber. Have a seat.' She says kindly. 
Ben nods and sits down.
'So, why don't you start with telling me what happened to you. What is the reason you're here?' Amber says, a friendly and reassuring smile coating her face.
Ben swallows, and takes a deep breath before starting.

During the conversation he becomes more and more calm and less tense.
'So, tell me what happens with you when you think back to that one night. What does the fear do with you?' Amber asks. 
Ben takes a deep breath and thinks back to the night he was kidnapped. 'I- I panic because I fear it will happen again. I see the moment of abuse over and over again. And the fear really drives me crazy because I don't want to always have to fear for my life. I start to hyperventilate, everything sounds distant, and...... I feel like I'm dying.' Ben says softly. Sometimes his voice cracks because of the tension. 
Amber writes something down on the paper, then looks back at Ben. 'That's definitely a panic attack. I'm going to give you some exercises to learn how to deal with it. They will help you to get through them.'

Not much later Ben is in a taxi on his way back to the hotel.
He checks his phone to see what time it is and sees that it is already quite late. A quarter to ten. He quickly sends Joe a message to let him know he's on his way.
Unfortunately it will take a while before he gets home, because the taxi has just entered a long traffic jam. This can add up to half an hour to the travel time.
Ben sighs and puts in his earplugs. He puts on some Queen music and tries to calm down a bit after the heavy conversation with Amber.

When he gets to his hotel room he opens the door softly. Maybe Joe is already asleep, and Ben doesn't want to wake him.
When he walks further into the room he sees Joe lying on the bed, with his back to Ben.
His shoulders shake and loud sobs are escaping his mouth.
