The next morning I say goodbye to Yas and told her I'd keep her posted. Luna and I grabbed our bags and walked home together. We all lived pretty close by to each other. And our birthdays were just around the corner. Guess you could call us sisters.

Luna breaks the silence.

"He's seriously beautiful, like I'm really happy for you Maddie."

"Aw thanks Luna. He makes me really happy. I trust him with all my heart and it's weird because I haven't even met him. How can someone so far away make me feel so close? He truly amazes me everyday. I sent him a letter last week and he got it this morning."

"What did it say?"

"Oh you know the usual, he's so different Luna. I don't know but I get a strong feeling from him. It's like there's a line right? And with any other guy, I don't mind pushing it or even stepping over it, but with Nate it's a whole new level. I don't even want to cross it let alone push it. I actually trust him and see him opening up to me and I love him even more for doing so."

"Girl stop you going to make me cry." She says wiping fake tears. I laugh and we reach her house.

"I'll text you later Luna. Make sure you tell James hello for me!" I laugh hard as she flips up her middle finger without looking back. I walk home and pick up some dog treats for my puppy Andy. Once I get home I already see my mothers suspicious eyes, sipping on her coffee.

What happened now?

"Hey ma, how was work last night?" I take off my shoes and put them by the doorway.

"It was fine. How was your sleep over?"

"Not bad. Got most of my homework done already. Going to do the rest in a little bit." I put my phone down on the counter and walk over to the fridge and poured my favorite meal of the day. Yup you guessed it. Water.

*buzz buzz*

Crap I knew I shouldn't have put my phone there with my mom sitting right beside it.

I rush over and grab my phone and tuck it in my back pocket.

"Was it that boy again?" She sips on her coffee with an emotionless face.

"Nathan mom, his name is Nathan." I try to grab my tote bag and go up to my room but of course her questions didn't stop there. After all, I got my curiosity from her.

"Where did you meet him anyways?"

If I tell her I met him on an online game she will think he's some sort of pedo, or old guy trying to kill me. So of course I choose to do the wrong thing. Lie.

"No he goes to my school.. He's a tech major." I take a sip of my water quickly.

"Hm. How old is he?"

"Ma he's a senior in high school just like me. May I go to my room please?" I choke on my words a little but try and play it off.

"Yes you may, but Madison, just know I wasn't born yesterday. I was a teenager once too." She sips on her coffee and gets up to head over to the living room.

God I hated when she did that! Always makes me feel bad about something as if I lied to her.... Well.. I kinda did. But that's besides the point!! Ugh if I told her he was 19 she would immediately think he only wanted me for sex blah blah blah. But Nathan isn't like that. If all he wanted was sex he wouldn't have wasted a year with some girl all the way in the U.S that he has never met.

I walk up to my room and jump on my bed. I hug my pillow tightly and just take a deep breath. I wish it was Nathan I was hugging instead. But this will do.

I unlock my phone and see his message.

"U said u go to the arts school righ? Btw u allergic to anythin besides carrots?"

I smile and quickly reply.

"Yeah lame school I know x]
But no I'm not allergic to anything. Why?"

I tie up my hair and see another message flash.

"No reason Btw if u like, I can skype u during ur lunch period on Monday.. Only if u want to tho."

Oh my god he's giving me his Skype!!! I'm going to hear his voice for the first time!! Oh Jesus I'm going to faint.

"Sure of course I'd like to lol what's the occasion?"

"Ok grand and no particular occasion just wanna hear ur voice lmao."

He wants to hear me?

"Oh okay :]"

"Alrii I g2g study my dads on my ass again -_- I'll text u Monday alrii? Have a good rest of weekend nerd."

I smile and hug my pillow tightly. Ugh I wish he was here. But now I can't wait for Monday. This is truly amazing. I send Luna and Yas a quick text and I start to finish my homework. I don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight, and my cheeks hurt from smiling...
