I looked over at Felix, "If he's coming over here to drag me out like I'm his teenage son, I'm getting as fucked up as possible before then."

"Want to spark the joint back up again?" Felix chuckled.

"Oh, most definitely," I said with a smug smirk,  "I like to let him think he has a little bit of control but he doesn't."

"I'm only helping your case by containing to hang around him and feeding him whatever information that makes him shut the fuck up," Felix chuckled. "If he were any other guy I would've told you to leave his ass a long time ago."

"But Minho's not any other guy," I said with a small smile. "He's my soulmate. I could never love anyone else."

"I know and that's why I put up with his antics," Felix chuckled. "Pour us a shot, why don't you? I need to forget about that interview too."

"Are you panicking in this moment?"

"Internally? Yes. Externally? No."

"Were you praying? What was going through your head?"

"I remember it all like it was yesterday. I wish I could forget but I truly believe hyperthymesia is a curse, not a blessing."

Pulling myself from my flashback, I looked over at Felix and asked him, "What just happened?"

Felix's mouth hung open in shock, "Have you been zoned out for the past five fucking minutes?"

"Yes," I said, my words slurring. "I was thinking about that stupid fuckin-,"

Felix cut me off, "We took six shots to the face, dude."

"I must've been on autopilot," I groaned. "If Minho really shows up here, don't open the door. I don't like him right now. I just decided that."

"And why's that?" Felix chuckled.

"Minho and I aren't friends right now," I huffed, crossing my arms.

"You're in a relationship with him..." Felix said, trailing off.

"Okay? And?"

We heard a knock on the door and Felix said, "I'll wait five seconds."

I grabbed a blanket he had folded underneath the coffee table and hid myself underneath it, "Wait ten seconds."

Ten seconds passed and Felix got up to open the door, mumbling something inaudible when a second knock came.

"He's..." Felix paused, "Yeah. Do your thing, buzzkill."

I snickered at his remark and I heard Felix footsteps recede. Minho shut the door behind him before approaching me and sitting down on the floor next to the couch.

"Hey."

"Go away."

"Han-,"

"Go away! We aren't friends."

"What?"

I took the blanket off my face and motioned between the both of us, "We aren't friends right now."

Minho stared at me, dumbfounded, "Are you for real right now?"

"Go away," I whined, pulling the blanket back over my face, "We aren't cool right now."

"Okay, you're way worse than I thought," Minho sighed defeatedly.

"Hey!" I exclaimed. "I could be sober if I wanted to!"
