CHAPTER:28

''Bye-bye Chonghae! Thank you for today!'' Jungwon waved  to Chognhae as he dropped the home and drove off.

After the talk they had about Jay, Chonghae told the boy that he didn't need to fear Jay as Jay wouldn't hurt him. And if  he did try to, his parents would personally ensure he was hanged.

''Hey Wonie. How was your time with Chonghae?'' Jay asked coming out of his room to greet the boy. Jungwon was scared to see him let alone speak to him. So-contrary to what Chonghae told him- he screamed and ran to his room, locking the door behind him.

Jay was very much surprised by the boy's behaviour. He reacted as though he saw his worst nightmare.

''Jungwon, what's wrong??'' Jay knocked on the boy's door awaiting a response. He heard shuffling from inside and then there was silence. ''Jungwon, I know you're behind the door- and now you're backing away.''

''How do you know that?!'' the boy yelled leaning against the door.

''You're stomping your feet like an elephant so...yeah.''

''Jay, are you in a gang?''

''Like a bad gang?''

''You know what I mean Mr.Oxford!''

''No Jungwon, I'm not in a gang-not a gang like that. Why?''

''So if I open this door, you'll still be the same Jay from our honeymoon?''

''Uhm...yes? I guess so-WHY are you asking though?''

''So you won't beat me up and dump me in a river?''

''No! Why are you even asking that? What kind of question is that??''

Jungwon unlocked the door and allowed Jay to enter. Jay hugged him immediately.

''Are you okay? Did something happen?''

Jungwon shook his head. ''I'm fine. Are you fine?''

''I'm good. Chonghae took you to see to see a scary movie or something?''

''We went for ice-cream, NOTHING ELSE!''

''Okay? Why are you so nervous? Wait... you don't think I'm jealous do you?''

''What? Pfft, no! Why would I think you're jealous because I had a good time with Chonghae and I'm secretly terrified of you, that's a bunch of crap.''

Jay eyed the boy with a drained expression. ''So you admit to being scared of me despite liking me at the same time?''

''What? When did I-Jay I'm terrified of you right now.''

''Okay, thanks for your honesty 'husband'. I made you dinner if you're not too scared to eat that.'' Jay was hurt but he tried not to be. A lot of people did think he was too scary to approach so he didn't blame Jungwon for the way he was feeling. However, it did hurt since that was his husband.

''Jay..'' Jungwon called out softly.Jay was in his study working on his laptop and Jungwon thought he should apologise to the elder.

''Aren't you scared to talk to me anymore?''

''That's why I'm here. I wanted to apologise for offending you.''

''It's whatever, I'm scary.''

''In my defence beloved husband, you are intimidating at times so... let's consider that as well.''

''But I've been soft to you! Very much unlike me might I add, so... let's consider THAT.''

''Okay, fine! I admit that maybe I shouldn't be scared of you even though you're scary.''

Jay closed his laptop. ''Miss me with the sarcasm bullshit.''

''Don't swear at me.''

''Why not? I'm 'scary' remember?''

''You know what Jay, you're going to an empty, cold bed later so screw you!''

Jay scoffed. ''At least my bed isn't scared of me.''

''Guess what, I didn't eat your food!''

''And I didn't miss you today!''

They looked at each other with their arms folded, eyes squinting.

''Wanna watch a movie then fall asleep on the couch then wake up late for school then blame each other but still kiss each other goodbye?'' asked Jungwon eventually.

''Sure, I thought you'd  never ask.''

The boys never did have the talk that Jay so badly wanted to have. And Jungwon also forgot to give Jay his ice-cream sandwich but he'd find that out in the morning.

''Jungwon!'' Jay screamed as he was preparing for school. ''Stop seducing me! I have work to do!''

'No, you seduced me!'' the boy screamed back from his room. ''Not the other way around!''

''Oh yeah? Then why is there a hickey on my neck?''

''And why is my butt sore?''

''I don't know!''

''Well neither do I!'' Jungwon answered. ''By the way, I umm...forgot to give you the ice-cream sandwich which I bought for you yesterday and now it's all melted to nothing..''

''Thanks a lot Mr.Butt Seducer.'' Jay mumbled to himself. ''But I'm in love with you though. I think...''

''Wait... Jay, there isn't any hickey on your neck!'' Jungwon unbuttoned Jay's shirt and scanned him quickly. ''Liar!''

''No,no, go ahead and undress me whilst we're outside the house. Obviously we live in the middle of the desert.''

''NOT. MY. POINT.''

''It's whatever Jungwon, I lied just to annoy you.'' the elder replied.

''Good, we lied together then.''

Jay laughed and pulled the boy in a tight hug. 

If only it could remain like that forever.
