Jay splashed cold water on his face. Jungwon had trapped him perfectly and he fell for it.

''How are you feeling?'' Jake asked showing up behind him like a ghost.

''I should ask you that.'' Jay replied plainly. ''You've been crying again.''

''It's nothing important...''

''That's what you say when you're hurt. What happened?''

''Sunghoon and I had a fight this morning and now he won't talk to me. I even had to come here with Haruto.''

''Thinking what I'm thinking?''

''No, Jay. Actually I'm not.''

''You help me, I help you. You help me make Jungwon jealous, I help you make Sunghoon jealous-provided you two will talk things out before you make out and stuff.''

''What do you have in mind?''

''Alright guys, I say we go to the beach for a quick swim.''

Wooyoung looked at Jay scornfully. ''What, are you done bitching about a slice of pizza?''

''I am indeed Wooyoung.'' answered Jay with a casual smile. ''I regret doing that anyways.''

Asahi gasped knowingly. ''Oh...I see-''

''Shut the hell up.'' Yoshi told him. ''Can't you for once, keep your detective skills to yourself and let us suffer whilst trying to make sense out of nonsense? Jeez.''

''I didn't bring extra clothes.'' Ni-ki said looking at Jay. ''No one did...I think.''

''Speak for yourself. I have about seven designer shirts in my car and some beach pants a few of you can use.''

''Why do you have so much though?'' Haruto asked Wooyoung.'' Seems a bit suss.''

''Umm...do y'all want it or not because I'm going to the beach with or without you guys.''

''Jake...I think maybe you should actually pretend to be in danger.'' Jay whispered once they entered the water.

''I know, I can act very well. Eyes on the target.''

''Look at him chilling with Heeseung.'' said Jay begrudgingly. ''Laughing and touching shoulders.''

''How can you even see all that in the darkness?'' Jake asked in surprise.

''When you're jealous Jake, you can see EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING I say, everything.''

''Okay, okay..calm down.''

Jay took a deep breath. ''Scream for your life.''

Sunghoon could tell Jake's scream from several countries away. He was so fast to reach the boy but no, Jay was swifter.

Jake clung onto Jay like his life depended on it and his cries were quite believable too.

''I...I thought...I thought I was g...going to die!'' Jake cried. ''Oh...Jay..thank you, I wouldn't have made it without you.''

''Shh, shh, it's okay...I'm here now.'' Jay soothed the boy quietly.

This interaction felt too real for Jungwon's and Sunghoon's liking. Sunghoon pushed- no, he shoved Jay away from Jake and carried the boy out of the water.

''There...aren't any waves now though...'' Asahi said in disbelief.

''Please, please...let me ENJOY THE DRAMA!'' screamed Yoshi.
