Cassie's POV

We decided to do Christmas Day, with Christian's family so they stayed at our place. The boys and Bri, were waking us up at five in the morning. So I knew that they would be waking up everyone else right now.

As we went downstairs, Christian was already touching me. "It's like they fell in love all over again," Cam whispered to Alecia as we came downstairs. It honestly did feel like that too. I made a thing of coffee for Christian and I, and whoever wanted it. This morning I was going to need it no matter what. We sat on the recliner together and watched everyone open their gifts.

"Waffle time?" Noah whispered in my ear when he finished opening his gifts.

"When everyone is done. You have to wait." He nodded and then sat in between Christian and I. "Help me open my gift." He unwrapped it and then looked at it. I pulled out an envelope, and then looked at Christian confused. I opened it and it was a check for fifty grand. "What?"

"If you want another Jeep, then you can use that. If not, then you can just put it in the bank. Whatever you'd like." I felt bad because my gift didn't even compare.

"Christian, my gift is wack." He shook his head and took the box from me. He opened it and chuckled when he saw it was a jewelry box. When he opened it, he started getting teary-eyed, and put his hand over his face.

"I love it," He whispered and rubbed his eyes. He finally looked at me and then leaned over and kissed me.

"What is it?" Alecia asked and I looked at him and he wanted me to explain.

"He messed up his ring, so it's a new one. But he's been saying that he wanted something engraved in it. So I put his kid's initials, including what we are going to name our baby. And then my initials."

"Can we see?" Everyone came up but we wouldn't let them see the fourth initial. "Why won't you tell us what you're naming the baby?"

"Because we just don't want to tell anyone." The name was definitely not unique and everyone knew the name, but no one would guess it.

When everyone finished opening gifts, I made breakfast. "Fuck, I am so tired," I told Christian and he wrapped his arms around me.

"I am too, you've been talking a lot in your sleep lately. It's all I hear lately." I laughed a little.

We all sat there and ate breakfast. When we were done, the boys started falling back asleep. "We're gonna head back home. We will see you guys in a couple of days for their birthday," Alecia said.

"Okay, we will see you guys later. Thank you for everything. I know the boys and Brielle are super happy." She nodded and we finished saying our goodbyes before Christian helped them take everything to their cars.

As he came back in, he was going to pick me up but I stopped him. I grabbed my stomach and he looked worried. "No you need to carry this one to full term," He said and I agreed. We had nothing ready for this baby, and I couldn't give birth yet.

We went upstairs and I started laying back down and then the kids came in. "Guys, I can't have all of you in the bed. I need rest for the baby."

"Please," Noah said and I shook my head no. Christian came in and took them out.

When he laid back down, he looked at me. "I really hope I can have the baby, a few days earlier or even later, because I don't want you missing Opening Day."

"I know, but if it happens, it happens. There is nothing we can do about it. I just want a healthy wife and baby." I smiled and cuddled back up to him. "I can't wait to meet the baby."

Christian's POV

Cassie pointed to the baby's leg on the ultrasound picture. "I'm so excited." We walked out to my car and then we got in and Cassie started to lean in and kiss my neck.

"Cas," I said and tried to get her to stop.

"I love you so much," She whispered and then I finally got her attention. I shook my head. "Okay, how about I can make you a dinner and you can have a beer and we can go sit in the hot tub. Or we can do something else after?" Her hormones were through the roof right now and I looked at her to see is she was serious.

"Cas I'm gonna need you to calm down. We can do the hot tub if anything."

"But I feel so good and I didn't want to waste any time with the bump." I shrugged. "Okay?" She questioned me.

"I don't know. I promised the boys time tonight, to take them to a truck meet."

"Well Christian, all I asked was for a couple of days before my birthday of just us. And this sure doesn't look like it."

"Babe, we have kids now. You have to learn that the time is shared between you and them. I already asked Collin and my mom about watching them for tomorrow and the next day. You need to make some friends, so you can invite them over."

"Christian it's hard. Like all those girls stopped being friends with me when Lana and I weren't friends. I only have Larisa and the wives." I shrugged and then looked at the road and started driving.

When we picked up the kids, they were excited about going to the meet. "Mommy you go?" She shook her head no. I wanted it to be a father son night but if she wanted to come with Bri, I would gladly let them come over. As we all went into the house, I sat on the couch and usually Cas will sit next to me and she laid on the furthest couch away.

"Babe, come lay with me."

"I'm going to take a nap. So I'll just head upstairs if you want to go too." I waited until the kids went down for their naps, and then I went with her. She was sleeping in the middle of the bed so I moved her a little so she could cuddle up to me. "I'm hot," She said when she felt my arm wrap around her.

"I love you, I just don't want you to feel like you have to do that just for me. Only when you want to."

"Okay," She said and cuddled back up to me. She woke back up and then we laid together. "How about when I come home, we can watch a movie up here? And I will give you a back rub?"

"Yes, I'll make dinner for us when you guys come home?"

"Okay, that sounds perfect. What about burgers?" She nodded and kissed me. "Sounds like a plan then."
