Cassie's POV

I woke up in the middle of the night to Christian trying to move me over. "Babe," He said and I finally scooted over. "Thank you."

He wrapped his arm around me and then kissed my shoulder. When I felt myself falling back asleep, the baby started crying. I felt Christian let go and then he got up. A couple minutes later he came back in and I went to grab the baby, but he stopped me. He had made a bottle for him. I ended up falling back asleep within a couple of minutes.

The next morning when I woke up, Christian was still sleeping. It was about 8:30 and he usually never slept in like this. I decided to get up and make sure he had everything ready for the game and he did. I went and laid back in bed with Christian.

He groaned when I made too much noise. "I'm sorry," I whispered and he pulled me close to him. "Thirty minutes." He nodded and then I set a timer and fell back asleep.

When I woke back up to the timer, Christian was already awake and on his phone. "Babe."

"I couldn't go back to sleep. Plus I want to take a walk this morning, just the two of us. So let's get going." I got up and walked to my closet and grabbed a bra and leggings. I put my shoes on after and met Christian downstairs.

"Y'all are leaving?" Ricky asked and we nodded.

"Just a walk. Like an hour at most." He nodded and then we left. Christian wrapped his arm around me as we walked for the first few minutes. "I love you," He told me and I smiled.

"I love you too. I can't wait to go to the basketball game tonight. A baseball game and then a basketball game. I'm living a really good life."

"That's what I want for you." He kissed me and then took his arm off of me. "Maybe when we get the twins out of the house for college, let's have another baby."

"Crazy thing was, I was just telling your family that I wanted another baby." There were a few seconds of silence before I did anything. "I'll probably be infertile. You on the other hand, you'd probably still be fertile as fuck."

"Cas don't say that. And what makes you think I would be?"

"Because you're an athlete, and you take care of your body. Like do you see yourself right now? You are going on a walk before having a game later today." He shrugged and looked at me again.

"If the time is right, I think we can try. Only if you want to. I have that appointment coming up to see if the surgery worked."

"I'm hoping it did because I'll feel bad if you went through all that pain for it not to work." It's crazy how Christian and I are talking about another baby when we just had one two weeks ago.

Christian's POV

As I walked on deck and I saw Cassie with a slicked back ponytail. I had a big smile and she laughed a little. I looked at her and she was wearing a vintage looking blue Brewers sweater, with a design of me on it, and then a pair of ripped jeans. She wore some black heels, and I couldn't help myself.

"Christian!" I heard from the dugout and turned around and started taking some time to watch the pitcher.

After the game was over, I went to go see my family. "Good job out there today," Cassie told me and then gave me a kiss.

"Thank you gorgeous. You look fucking good." She laughed a little and pulled away. I went up to the kids and gave them hugs and then held my baby. I talked a little before going to get ready. "I'll see you at home. Like in an hour or so."

Cas nodded and they left. When I finished getting ready, I went home and then saw Cassie getting ready. I quickly changed into what I chose to wear. "Let me get some of you," I said and went behind her and tried to kiss her neck.
