Chapter 119

When I arrived at Ruby's place an hour later, I couldn't help but have a huge smile on my face as I looked around. She still lived with her mother. But that didn't mean that family pictures weren't there anymore. There were pictures of both James and Ruby as babies, with both Heather and Hugo. I looked at a picture of Hugo holding little James, and it was like I was looking at Luther holding a baby. I felt sadness creep in.

"O -" I heard a voice state and I turned my head and I saw that Heather was standing there and her head was bowed.

"You may address." I said with a small smile as I looked at her and she looked up but didn't look at me, she was glaring at Ruby.

"Can you maybe tell me when there are certain guests here. Ruby." Heather snapped at her and Ruby smiled very widely.

"The whole group will be here later for a movie night of sorts." She said casually and Heather looked at her and then back at me.

"The whole group?"

"My whole group." Ruby confirmed.

"But-" Heather said looking at me and I smiled looking at her before grabbing a picture book with pictures of Hugo when he was younger. Heather and Ruby continued their bickering. I stared at Hugo whom had a huge smile on his face while he was holding onto James, before suddenly the smile didn't reach his eyes.

"Was this during the war of the hearts?" I asked casually as I looked up, stopping Heather and Ruby from fighting and Heather looked at the page and then back at me.

"Yes. How did you know?"

"He looks worse here." I said casually looking down at Hugo before looking up at her and there was a grimace on her face. "I'm sorry-"

'It's fine." Heather said right away. "I have to get to work. Please don't make too much of a mess? I'll be at Vincent's tonight ok?"

"Have fun." Ruby said and Heather smiled looking at her as she then gave me a curt nod before she walked away. I stared at her walking away before looking at Ruby whom had the TV turned on and was eating chips.

"You're a lot like Carrie." I said after a while and Ruby smiled at that.

"I know." She confirmed. "That's what dad always says." She said. "Anyway, my friends are all process girls and I've invited them for movie night before I realised you would be here. Are you going to be ok with that? They'll all be immensely drunk?" She asked and I chuckled and shook my head.

"I'm fine with that." I confirmed and she nodded as for the next couple of hours we talked and laughed and we went into the pool they had here. We then got ready for movie night.

The first five girls that arrived, I sort of recognised, but not by a much. They all bowed their heads towards me before all giving Ruby this look. I ignored that though as I stayed on the couch and I ate my popcorn. After a while the door opened and my eyes widened as Jasmine walked in. She talked to Ruby before she turned her head towards me and her eyes widened.

"Fuck." She muttered and she put her head down and I couldn't help but have a huge smile on my face.

"You may address and you're pardoned." I replied casually as I looked back at the popcorn and grabbed some M&M's out of it.

After three hours we'd watched two movies, they were all tipsy and having a fucking blast, while I was eating so much stuff.

"What's going on Liv?" Ruby asked and I let out a small breath as I looked at her "Is it my shithead of a half brother?" I nodded looking at her as everyone was quiet.

"It's fine though. Knew he was stubborn." I said and Jasmine looked at me with a small smile as she took a sip of her drink. "Didn't know he was a heartless dick every now and then though."

"Drink to that." Ruby said and the rest of the girls chugged, which made me laugh very loudly. I enjoyed the company. After a while, I realised that Ruby really couldn't bring me home like this. Fuck.

"Stay the night!" Ruby said as I brought it up"We'll do a sleepover." She slurred and I giggled as I decided to text Christian 'Rubes is too drunk to get me home. I'm staying the night x.' He right away replied with 'Want me to pick you up?' And I right away replied with 'Yes. I'll throw it on security. Love you x.' He replied with 'I'll be there in an hour x'.

"Chris is picking me up. Something with security." I said and Ruby, Jasmine, Megan and Cara made farting noises and I burst out into laughter but shrugged as they turned on the music even louder as they were dancing around and I was staring at that with a huge smile.

After a while they were signing a song with 'fuck you' in the lyrics and I couldn't help but giggle, as suddenly I felt a pull and I turned my head sideways a bit and Christian was standing there, leaning against the door, before he walked to the radio and he turned the music off. The girls all booed and turned around, before seeing Christian. The girls all froze and I saw that Christian was looking at the six girls whom he dumped with a small smile, but nothing more than that.

"Lovely singing voices ladies." Christian said casually and the six girls all spit out their drinks and I frowned at that; why did they do that?

"Since when does he talk?" Jasmine slurred.

"Probably her magical pussy." Megan slurred back and I burst out into laughter as Christian had a small smile.

"I never thought you'd be the good brother." Cara said pointing to Christian "Olivia told us about your dick brothers."

"They are assholes indeed. Speaking of which, shall we go babe?" Christian said casually. "Luther will have my head that I was even in the same room as them."

"I don't mind. As long as you keep your dick in your pants and not in one of their vagina's, mouths or hands, I'm cool." I said casually and Ruby burst out into laughter and I couldn't help but smile either.

"That would be fucking hilarious though." Ruby said and I couldn't help but laugh.

"Sure. Hug time." I said and I stood up and I hugged ruby very tightly, before giving the three other girls a hug. "See you guys around."

"We could come to the castle once you shit out those kings." Ruby said and I laughed at that. "It would piss off Luther. Maybe even do it before."

"I'll ask your dad if it's fine." I said with a wink and she winked back at me. I walked up to Christian whom put his arm around my shoulder, rubbing it.

"Have a great night, ladies" Christian said out loud and they all nodded, their eyes wide. When I arrived at the helicopter I couldn't' help but laugh with Christian about their reactions. We talked the whole ride towards the castle about the amazing night I had.

Today had been a good day.
