Deep inside the Lopez household and under a huge pile of Santana's clothing the college cheerleader had brought back to Lima for laundry day, Brooke giggled as the two young parents folded the Latina's clothing.

"I mean, I'm not jealous, I just think that it's insane that all Porcelain had to do is take photos of every ridiculous outfit he's ever paired with a Cossack hat, and a see-through raincoat and then show up at an interview where he is lauded as a visionary because his jodhpurs happened to match his riding crop." Santana continued to complain about Kurt's news he posted in their old glee club group chat, rolling her eyes as she grabbed a shirt off the pile.

The Latina watched the clothing in front of her shift, knowing full well Brooke was trying to hide from them since she had dropped all the clean clothing down on the bed. She moved a few pieces of clothing when she spotted a bit of dark curls, chuckling when giggles were heard muffled under her clothing before she disappeared deeper into the pile.

"Well, you know, you could follow your dream, too." Brittany reminded her, also folding Santana's clothing. "Your mom gave you that money and said you could go to New York, too, if you wanted. I'm sure Kai wouldn't mind you staying with them until you figure it out. They offered."

"I like being in college." Santana shrugged. "My schedule is crazy but I love being a cheerleader and I like the idea that I'm never more than a few hours away from you and Brookie."

"And Bree-Bree." Brooke added, sticking her head out of the pile of clothing, as Santana nodded.

"When your sister comes back from her spontaneous 'teacher' vacation, let me know so I can beat her butt." Santana said, rolling her eyes much like she had when she figured out from Riley that Brianna was out on another short mission.

"Can't you do laundry at school?" Brittany suddenly asked, looking at the different laundry baskets they were sorting her clothing into.

"Mm-mm." Santana shook her head, tossing a sock towards Brooke's mouth when the little girl yawned and rubbed her eyes. "My first week there, I heard a rumor that all the water in Louisville is just purified runoff from the Kentucky Derby stables."

"Nasty." Brittany scrunched up her nose.

"But...more importantly, I promised myself that I would only do laundry at home, that way, no matter how busy I got, I would be forced to come home every few weeks, and then I'd get to see you." Santana admitted, sending her girlfriend a small smile.
