To Quinn's confusion, the playground was isolated by a stout glass wall in her newest dream.

She thought she could go around it. She even attempted to knock on the glass in case Kailani could hear her through its thick design. She wasn't expecting to be guarded against a single step on that rosy mulch that was always suspiciously damp. It caused a great deal of confusion and surprise, but her confusion was thoroughly redirected when Quinn realized that she was standing inside something.

Quinn was trapped inside of more than just her dreams at the playground.

A spaceship would have been her first guess. Some space station look-a-like contraption had taken her hostage inside its enormous curved pill-like walls. Somehow, Quinn found herself inside a large metal structure floating above the playground's grassy lavender-lined meadow-like patches along the mulch inside the cloud she usually couldn't see through.

How did this spaceship even get here?

"Hello?" Quinn hollered, jumping a bit at her voice reverberating against her surroundings. "Lani? Angel, it's Lucy!"

She carefully listened to her voice ring off the metal panels on the walls. Her eyes moved around the dimly lit area, gradually taking a few steps ahead when Quinn noticed an oddly acquainted color scheme across a panel of buttons. She walked closer, wincing at the shaking under her feet with each vibrating step through the metal.

"Triceratops?" Quinn read out loud, brushing her fingers over the flickering silver and blue button with a curious tilt of her head. "Dinosaurs?"

"When you need help, you turn to the power of your dinosaurs."

Jumping in fright, Quinn spun around with a sigh of relief. Maybe she had accidentally released one of her girly screams, but that wasn't a necessary additive. The blonde rested a hand over her chest as it rose and fell dramatically. She sighed again as her sage eyes adjusted and took in Kailani's wide eyes, little hands covering their ears to keep them safe from Quinn's startling screech.

"Lani, you scared me," Quinn confessed.

"You know my name?" The freckled brunette — dressed as a blue Power Ranger with their Dino Belt Power Morpher tightly around their waist — narrowed their eyes suspiciously. "This is my special place. How are you here?"

"Kailani... it's me?" Quinn frowned, taking another long look over the brunette-freckled child. "How old are you, honey?"

"Eight." Kailani scrambled backward when Quinn stepped towards them, eyes wide. "Don't come any closer! My Mommy said not to talk to strangers, and-and I'll tell Kurtsy and my Daddy! My Daddy will-will...he will be mean to you!"
