"ETA is two minutes!"

"Stay with me buddy. We're almost there." A paramedic, Fields, called down to the teenager in front of him, shining a flashlight in Kailani's eyes as they rolled back once again into her head. He looked up towards his partner, who was working an airbag manually over her face, trying to help her weak breathing, before looking towards Kurt in the corner of the ambulance walking his sister in horror. "How long was she under for? Any idea?"

"Maybe a minute? Two? I-I don't know." Kurt cried, holding Kailani's hand tightly. "She wasn't breathing for a while after though. They-They did CPR."

"She's gonna be fine, honey. Take some deep breaths. We're going to do all we can for her." Another paramedic, Bloom, said, gently reaching over and squeezing Kurt's knee. She turned back towards Kailani and leaned towards her partner. "I don't want to scare him, but I'm seeing overdose symptoms. Pinpoint pupils, weak heart rate, seizures, she's got more going on then just an accidental drowning."

"Bud, does your sister take any medication? She dope to anything to swim faster or steroids or anything?" Fields asked, looking at Kurt, who nodded.

"Uh, she taked Trazadone at night and...and Wellbutrin ER daily...I think she also has an anxiety med she takes as needed, but she hates taking them. She's not good with pills. She's already so fast, I don't think she would take anything. My sister's a good person, she wouldn't do drugs. She-She knows the consequences." He replied, as the man nodded and turned back to Kailani, whose eyes fluttered.

"Kailani? Kailani, can you hea- Shit."

Kailani's eyes rolled once again, body tightening up and shaking, as Fields and Bloom worked quickly to protect her head, convulsions taking over her body. Kurt looked away, unable to watch as he let out a sob and tried not to listen to the noises coming from his sister.

"We're here!"

The second the doors of the ambulance flew open, Fields quickly moved to jump out to pull the gurney with him for the doctors arriving by the ambulance.

"Kailani Hummel, sixteen year old female, was in the middle of a swim meet when she lost consiousness in the pool. CPR was administered by the coach, unsure how long she was down for. Pinpoint pupils, two short seizures on the way in, has hypertension. Struggling to breathe on her own." He said, moving the gurney towards the doctors, who quickly began checking on Kailani.

"Get me some Narcan and O2!" A hispanic man yelled, rechecking Kailani's eyes and chest. He noticed her eyes lazily moving, before closing again. "Kailani? I'm Doctor Lopez. Can you hear me? Alright, let's get her inside. We've got a possible OD!"
