"David?"

"I'm sorry... I lied to you."

"Hmm? What about?"

"My name isn't David and I'm not actually a boy."

"What?"

"My name is Kate. We've actually met before, in music class last year I sat next to you."

"Oh, I knew you sounded familiar..."

"Yeah... I'm sorry for lying to you. It's a long story, are you willing to listen?"

"Yes."

"Okay... Last week I was working on a project after school and a kid approached me with some... blackmail... he told me if I didn't get you and your boyfriend to break up he would show it to my parents. I didn't have a choice... So I dressed up as a guy to trick you."

"So why did you come clean?"

"You're too nice. I couldn't do it. The deal was I had to make a move on you when you came over, but I just can't. That fat guy is just gonna have to find a different pawn."

"Oh. I think I know who blackmailed you."

"You do?"

"Eric Cartman. Right?"

"Yeah..."

"I might be able to help you! If we explain the situation to my boyfriend he might be able to talk Eric down! They've known eachother for a while."

"Really? You can stop him from showing my parents the blackmail?"

"I think so!"

She smiles at me, "You really are super nice..."

"And after we take care of him, will you still teach me to sew? I have a long way to go." I grab her hand.

"Definitely!"

Her mom knocks on the door, "Katie! You have another friend here to visit!"

She looks confused. "What? I didn't invite anyone else."

The door opens.. Kenny walks in, fuming.

"I knew it..."

"Kenny?! Why are you here?!"

"Stop holding his hand."

"Kenny! How did you even find this place!"

Kenny scowls at Kate. "The fatass told me everything. Get away from my girlfriend."

Kate let's go of my hand and scoots back.

"Kenny. This isn't what you think it is, that's not-"

"Eric said he hired him to make a move on you today. He said you would come here and that kid would- ugh!" He rubs the bridge of his nose. "I told you not to come!"

"Kenny you need to calm down."

"How?! He was going to-"

"KENNY! STOP AND FUCKING LISTEN."

He steps back, his eyes wide. I've never yelled like that before.

"This isn't a boy. Her name is Kate, she told me about Eric blackmailing her. She wasn't going to try anything, she came clean and asked for help. I THOUGHT you would be understanding and willing to help her. But I see your anger has gotten out of control."

"Mar..."

"Stop. I'm not done. You cannot barge into someone's house and scare them like this without proof of what you're accusing them for. You scared her and your attitude is unacceptable."

He looks like a wounded dog.

"Mar... I just... I thought you were in trouble and... I'm sorry.. I..."
