"Cartman is calling?" Kenny stares at his ringing phone.
"I bet he wants money too..."
"Jesus Christ." Kenny answers the call. "Hello?"
I sit and watch Kenny's reactions to the call. He gives me a nod to let me know I was right about what he wanted.
"Sorry, dude. It isn't happening. We don't actually have the money and if we did we definitely wouldn't give it to you." After that statement he hangs up the phone.
"I'm sorry... this is all because I posted that video on my story... now people are going to be bothering us..."
"I'm just glad Karen called and told you to take it down. If it was up all day we could've been in real danger."
I nod. "Sorry..."
"Hey..." he takes my hand. "It's okay, Mar. we'll get through this. I promise."
I squeeze his hand and hope that what he said is true.

The day is long and filled with anxiety. Kenny and I decided it was best if I tell my parents I won't do the procedure. I just have to make it to tomorrow and tell them.
I get back to my apartment around 7 pm. I don't even have an hour to relax before someone is knocking on my door.
I groan loudly and sit up. As the door opens I see very familiar curly blonde hair.
"Bradley?"
He takes a deep breath. "Can we talk?"
"Sure..."
As he walks in and sits on my couch I text Kenny. I hold my phone down by my side to hide it.
Marjorine: Can you come over? Can't explain.
I tuck my phone away. He replies but I don't see his answer. All I can do it hope.
I sit down across from him in my living room. "Bradley... why are you here?"
"I just have some things to say is all."
"Alright... I'm listening."
He looks down at my coffee table. "I said some things that... I shouldn't have said. I know that they were hurtful and ignorant... and I'm so, so, sorry, Marjorine."
"What you said was... possibly one of the last things I ever wanted to hear from you. You can't treat people like that."
"I know, my mind was clouded by what my religion had told me and it just kinda happened... I did some research and... I think I understand better."
I sigh and rub my temples. "Bradley... it's a lot to take back. It's in my nature to forgive people so I'll forgive you but it still hurts."
"Marjorine... maybe we could start over? You really are the nicest girl I know. I was really happy with you."
