Bunny - Kenjorine - Transition

Chapter 20

His lips feel just as soft as I thought they would, if not softer.

We pull away, breaking our deep kiss. He looks into my eyes again and smiles.

"I like you, Mar."

"I like you too, Kenny."

His lips meet mine once again, my head feels fuzzy.

He pulls back and brushes my bottom lip with his thumb. "Guess we should stop now, huh.."

"Yeah... we are at school..." I say that even though I can't take my eyes off his lips.

"Should we go to class?"

"I don't want to go back. Not today. Not after what just happened."

"Then... do you want to come to my house? We can leave early."

" I would love that."

He stands up and holds out his hand "Let's go then."

I take his hand and he pulls me up. We hold hands as we walk out of the school.

We get to Kenny's house. He lets go of my hand so that he can unlock his door. He opens it up and we go inside.

As soon as the door shuts he pulls me into a tight hug.

"Is something wrong?"

"Are you okay, Mar?"

"I've never been better." I hug him back

"Can I kiss you again?"

I nod.

He grabs my chin with two of his fingers and kisses me again. Just once this time. If he did it any more we would probably get carried away.

"Kissing feels nice..."

"I agree."

He takes my hand and leads me to his bedroom. I had never been in here before, it's a bit darker than Karen's room but it's roughly the same layout.

"Do you want to lay down for a bit?" He gestures to the bed.

"That's a good idea."

I lie down on his bed and he sits next to me.

I pout at him and pull him down, "You have to rest with me, right here..."

He lies down and presses up against me, wrapping his arms around me. We cuddle, and eventually, I slip into sleep.

I wake up to see Karen in the doorway. I gently slide out of Kenny's arms.

"Hey, Karen."

"I see you two went home early. Do you wanna tell me what happened after I left?"

"Uhm..."

I look down at Kenny and gently shake him. He wakes up and looks at me.

"Hey, beautiful."

I blush and turn away. Kenny sees Karen and sits up.

Karen smirks, "Beautiful?"

Kenny rolls his eyes, "Do you need something?"

"I was just asking her what happened after I left."

Kenny looks at me and I shrug.

"We uh, we had a talk... and she told me that uhm..." he looks at me again.

I decide to finish the story. "I told him that I feel the same way about him... and we kissed..."

Karen smiles gently at us and folds her arms. "So are you two finally dating?"

We look at each other.

Karen scoffs, "You kissed but didn't talk about getting together?"

Kenny rubs the back of his head, "I guess a lot was going on..." he grabs my hand, "Mar? Will you go out with me?"

I think for a moment. I don't want to put him in a situation that would ruin his social standing or cause him to be bullied...

The way he stood up for me earlier was so perfect though... I think he really likes me...

"I would love to."
